    I absolutely love the Massage Chair and think it is one of the best investments I have made for my health. It was very easy to put together because I had great concerns about putting it together. I love sleep mode, it is my favorite mode. The only issue I have is that in the back massage section can be very intense and dig a little into the back. I have to place a pillow or blanket in this section to lessen the intensity. Overall, this is a great addition to my daily self-care.

    I at first ordered a massage chair from i believe it was sam's club it was approximately 7 thousand dollars it worked great for me but it was too strong at lowest setting they honored their warranty and picked it up at no charge . I found this one at amazon for about 10 percent of the cost 7 hundred dollars she uses it every day all day. I just found another massage chair for my self at 50% off hopefully is as good or better! It will be a nice addition to my home theater room!

    What a pleasant surprise! It works like the expensive ones!!

    CONS:
    1) DELIVERY: horrible! The chair was left on our front porch, and we had to drag it around the house to get to the basement.
    2) PANEL needs improvement.

    PROS:
    1) EASY TO ASSEMBLE (although it was sold "assembled").
    2) Massage is incredible. Exactly like the one my old Gym had.
    3) The Zero Gravity position is fantastic.

    SUGGESTIONS FOR PANEL IMPROVEMENT:
    1) Use the already established color code to identify buttons for pressure points (red for rollers and green for "airbags").

    We love this chair me and my wife it fits us well. I was a little hesitant because of the size but I'm 5'9" and it works great the adjustable foot rest are great for adjustment. I think you will not enjoy it to its fullest if your taller than 6' but my nephew that is 6'2" loves it. Super easy to assemble had it ready in 5 min it came in one box. Had 4 months now

    The media could not be loaded. First.. UPS is going to send this item to you like Jim Carey did in ACE Ventura. My box was already half open and only 2 of the binding straps were still connected.. One corner was smashed in. Thanks UPS.

    So, the assembly of this device is super simple. Its already pretty much put together. All you have to do is connect the foot massage, and put the control panel in place. I didn't even read the instructions. I just put it together. It took me less than 5 minutes.

    This device is worth its weight in gold. Definitely worth the price. It feels like someone is massaging your body. Its not one of those kneedy machines with uncomfortable rollers. The combination of pressure from the air bags and rollers are just magical. Someone took their time creating the auto sequences, but you can also set whatever mode you want. The bluetooth pairing is quick and I like the sound. I paired it up and was listening to thunderstorms while this chair started putting me to sleep.

    Just for warning for those with little children, I wouldn't leave this device around them alone. The massage intensity is incredible because its a deeper massage and the mechanics wouldn't be forgiving on a child for play or if they got their little digits, hands, or feet caught in them.

    Tears in the chair and no calf airbags

    The chair is awesome except there are 2 tears on the bottom corners.
    Also, Upon using the chair since we just got it and set it up a couple of hours ago my husband is extremely disappointed that there is no calf airbags. It says in the book that there should be….and he presses the air calf button and nothing happens

    The media could not be loaded. First.. UPS is going to send this item to you like Jim Carey did in ACE Ventura. My box was already half open and only 2 of the binding straps were still connected.. One corner was smashed in. Thanks UPS.

    So, the assembly of this device is super simple. Its already pretty much put together. All you have to do is connect the foot massage, and put the control panel in place. I didn't even read the instructions. I just put it together. It took me less than 5 minutes.

    This device is worth its weight in gold. Definitely worth the price. It feels like someone is massaging your body. Its not one of those kneedy machines with uncomfortable rollers. The combination of pressure from the air bags and rollers are just magical. Someone took their time creating the auto sequences, but you can also set whatever mode you want. The bluetooth pairing is quick and I like the sound. I paired it up and was listening to thunderstorms while this chair started putting me to sleep.

    Just for warning for those with little children, I wouldn't leave this device around them alone. The massage intensity is incredible because its a deeper massage and the mechanics wouldn't be forgiving on a child for play or if they got their little digits, hands, or feet caught in them.

    In summary, buy one.. you'll be happy you did.

    SO WORTH THE MONEY

    Did the box arrive almost open? Yes, but the shipping was free. I’ll take it. The chair was not damaged. Putting it together was SO easy. For the $ it cost, it’s a GREAT buy!!!! So comfortable. Easy to use. Looks sharp. Is it the $2,000 ones? No. But, it gets the job done and is like having a piece of heaven at home without the price tag!!! I would definitely buy it again.

    Definitely for 5'5" and shorter person.

    It came well packaged; however, one of the air hoses got kinked in transit. I was able to replace it myself. The control panel is confusing, which I find to be a continual source of frustration. Some of the control buttons don't seem to do anything; ("Aged", "Relax", and "Sleep"). The instructions that come with it are either inadequate or incomplete; I'm not sure which. The back massage is its strong point.

    Would not recommend

    I purchased this chair hoping for a relaxing and functional experience, but unfortunately, it fell short. The heating function doesn’t work, and the rollers are inconsistent and poorly designed. I expected much better quality and performance. I’d strongly recommend spending your money on a more reliable chair. This one simply isn’t worth the investment.
