   Very Nice Chair.

   I received this massage chair for a Mother's Day gift this year and overall I really like it. I received it way earlier than predicted and it was not too difficult to assemble, it came it two huge boxes one heavier than the other. Thank God I was home because, the UPS guy took it to my neighbor's door and was walking off when I told him wrong apartment. Anyway, had just a small problem when it was finally together..it wouldn't turn on so, I called the customer service # in the back of the instruction book, no one answered right away but, we did receive a phone call back within some minutes. The guy said to check the hoses and if it still doesn't turn on, take the box off the back and make sure everything is connected because, through the travel sometimes something may come loose…well that's exactly what it was the blue connector in the back of the box was not connected after that…Boom it turned on and happiness every since. : )

   It looks very nice and is well quality made and sturdy. It gives a good relaxing massage…the head, leg and foot massages are my favorites. Only thing is I wish the foot massage massaged the toes but, it doesn't seem to reach that far up. Also, it doesn't seem to massage the neck but, that's okay because, that's hardly an issue for me anyway however, I wish it had a little better neck support…I'll take care of that with a neck support pillow also after reading a ton of reviews I seen where some were saying that the back massage can be a little rough especially during first few times of use. They were right because, the next day my lower back and tailbone was sore but, on the reviews it was recommended that you use a folded towel or some type of padding. Tried it and it worked out perfectly, now I can enjoy my massage experience without the slight pain of the rollers.

   I love the heat function as well and the blue-tooth music quality of the chair is awesome and top notch. The music comes from within the chair and it's good quality and clarity…really loving this feature as I put mine on nature sounds and lay back in full zero gravity and relax. Family members came over yesterday for Memorial Day and they all tried out the massage chair and everyone of them loved it. They thought I was fortunate to get such a nice gift as this massage chair. After adding a folded towel for my back to the chair, a neck support pillow and just getting to know my chair overall I love it. Very nice massage chair for the money and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this massage chair. : )

   Value for money buy - Great product at great price

   We have been thinking about buying a massage chair for a long time. Did lots of research on this for a some time and zeroed on this massage chair. We focused on price, features, after sales support as our primary shortlisting criteria.

   Price – Since we have never owned a massage chair, we did not want to overspend. We decided on a budget of 1K which we thought was a reasonable price to pay for our firs massage chair. Our search on Amazon and other sites brought up various options but Real Relax seemed to provide the best value for money – Five starts for the price

   Features – We concentrated on basic feature sets which includes, full body massage, Arms and Legs massage, Back and lower back massage along with heating and Zero Gravity option. This Massage chair ticked all the boxes and had good reviews online.

   Once we found out that this product ticked all options, we went ahead and ordered it. we also added 3 years support option so that we can have coverage supporting us for next few years

   Assembly – Chair arrived in two separate packages a day apart. Core package was a bit heavy and it took three of us to move it to our second floor apartment. Assembling was pretty quick and didn't even need any instructions. Only time we needed to refer to video was when we couldn't find the receptor for remote. it was just hiding backside and once we found it, it was quick assembly.

   Usage – We have been using the massage chair for nearly three weeks now. we are extremely happy about our choice.

   All airbags work and provide great relief to Legs , Arm, and neck
   silent and comfortable

   Cons
   the lower back massage can be a bit too firm.
   the leg extender keeps pushing back and is an irritant some times. there should be a lock to keep it extended

   Amazing customer service!

   If you're on the fence about whether or not to invest in a RealMassage chair, hear me out. Shortly after receiving my chair I noticed that one of the functions was not working properly. After a short video chat I was promised a replacement. That was on Thursday and today, Monday I am happy to report, all is well with the brand new replacement chair. It is working perfectly. As a side note, I am a retired massage therapist and I gotta say, two thumbs up!

   Well worth the cost!

   TL/DR – For the low cost, you can get an experience in the same class as the premium brands. THIS. IS. AWESOME.

   I’m going to compare this to my aunt-in-laws Osaka (which is insanely great). About 2 years ago I priced her Osaka, it was somewhere in the 8k-9k range. I can’t remember the exact model, so I can’t look up the current price; I would guess it is 5k-6k. This model was $900 before tax.

   Overall: 85% as good as the Osaka for a fraction of the price. This exceeds what I was hoping for! It is a similar experience, which is spectacular.

   Feet – 75% as good. I can’t remember if the Osaka has airbags on the feet, I think it did. This doesn’t. They both have rollers, so that is good. A foot airbag would be a superb improvement and is missed, but the feet get nice treatment.

   Calves – 100% as good. Calf airbags are awesome, I can’t think of a difference. Very, very nice. Rollers might improve it, but I’m not sure.

   Butt and hips – 100% as good. Awesome for the sacrum/sciatica. Great roller pressure, awesome airbags from the side (my favorite airbags). This is probably the best feature.

   Lower back – 85% as good. Nice roller coverage. I think the roller do not move vertically on this and do move vertically on the Osaka, and that is very nice, but I don’t know if that feature is a massive improvement, lower back coverage is still very good.

   Hands – 40% as good. I am pretty sure the Osaka has airbags for both hands and arms, this only has arms. The hand airbags are probably the feature I miss the most from the Osaka. You can kinda get the experience by moving your arms back to get your hand in the arm airbag, but it’s not as nice as the dedicated hand airbags.

   Arms – 90% as good. I think he experience is the same. The Osaka, however, has much bigger recessed arm compartment, this is more of an indent than a compartment. Doesn’t really matter, though.

   Mid-back – 85% as good. See low back.

   Upper back – 60%-80% as good. Neither has great upper back for me, but I am 6’ 4”. I bet shorter people get a better experience. There are things you can do to improve this. There’s a Velcro pad that is removable that can get you more roller contact. If you lift your head up, pressure gets much better. I’m going to get out an airplane pillow and I bet that will get me to 80%. Edit: I figured out the secret; have a pillow and, when your are ready to work on upper back, adjust to multiple positions. If you move your arms and neck around, with some twists and different head elevations, you can get the rollers to really dig in to just about anywhere. Get active with positioning and upper back is great. Can’t compare to Osaki because I didn’t try this with Osaki.

   Shoulders – 100% as good. They both have awesome shoulder airbags.

   Head – 0% as good. This model does not massage the head.

   Zero G – 75% as good. This does not lay you flat out, it’s more of a fully reclined recliner. The Osaka goes fully flat. Still very nice.

   How is it for a 300 lb 6’ 4” guy? Just fine. Sturdy. Both the Osaka and this could be a bit more accommodating, but this still works for someone my size. Head support is actually better on this unit, but that’s probably because of the lack of a head massage.

   The bottom line is that when I used my aunt’s Osaka, I really wanted that experience in my house. Badly. 5-9k just doesn’t make sense for my family. This gives me what I wanted for a cost that does make sense for my family and that makes me VERY happy. The Osaka is insanely great, this model is super great.

   Great Entry into the Massage Chair World - An honest review.

   My wife and I have considered a massage chair for our home for ten years now but could never bring ourselves to spending thousands of dollars for one sight unseen in case it didn't fit our body size. I'm 5'9" and she is 5'2". Both of us are medium build with a little "fluff". She enjoys deep tissue massages and I enjoy them less intense. Her birthday and Mother's Day are coming up so I decided I'd look into a chair again but this time on Amazon, not my local Costco.

   After searching 'Massage Chairs" this chair kept coming up as the best bang for your buck with the best reviews. I think I read through every review and looked at every photo in order to make my own best decision. I slept on it for a few days and decided to pull the trigger. Here is my honest review.

   The chair was delivered via FedEx on one of their regular trucks (UPS Style box truck), it was in two boxes, the side walls in one smaller pretty light weight box and the main chair in the second one which was VERY heavy. The heavy box with the chair in it was fairly damaged with a couple of holes punched into the side of it but upon further inspection, we found that no damage had occurred to the chair. I had it delivered to my work (so I could surprise my wife later) and it took two guys to load it into the bed of my pick-up truck. I made sure to take a hand truck home with me in order to get it into the house.

   When I arrived home, I brought my wife out and showed her what I had bought for her and she told me to send it back, it was too much (thinking I must have spent thousands on it); however, when I told her the price she quickly reconsidered and then couldn't wait to get it into the house and set up. Fortunately I had the hand truck so was able to get it into the living room (it's home) fairly easily.

   I used a box cutter to cut the tape on the top flaps of the box and then opened the lid, I was greeted with a thin sheet of pliable wood, almost like balsa wood but a bit heavier. I pulled that out and set it aside. Then there were four folded over pieces of cardboard on each corner to protect the corners, two of them pulled right out but the other two were stuck so I left them in place for now. The chair back is attached to the base but it comes folded down, forward onto the seat. It was at this point I didn't know how I was going to get this thing out of the box. There are no instructions to explain this but I tried to use my past experience with items like this. I noticed the base of the box was a separate piece so it appeared that the upper main walls and lid flaps were meant to separate from the base and pull up and off, but I could not figure out for the life of me how to do this. I cut the tape connecting the top to the bottom but this did nothing. I finally decided to just go ahead and cut down all four corners to allow the sides to fall open. This was successful and it allowed me to remove the other two corner protectors and then slide the chair out onto the floor. The chair came with a type of plastic bag over it and was easy to remove. I then opened the second box and pulled out the two side wall pieces and removed them from their bags. After moving all the cardboard stuff to the side I was ready to tackle assembly.

   I slid the chair near its final resting place and found and opened the small box containing the instruction manual, two wheels, 4 hex bolts, hex wrench and power cord. I then inspected the chair, remote and side walls for any damage, everything was fine except one of the brackets that the wheels attach to were partially pinched shut preventing the wheel from fitting between the two brackets for install. This is hard metal with no signs of something causing the damage and no paint missing or scratches so it must have occurred during the manufacturing process before it was even painted? Fortunately this was nothing a hammer and some light, careful tapping couldn't fix. I proceeded to insert the plastic wheels and a hex bolt in each one securing them in place. Next, I unfolded the chair back to its upright position and it clicked into a latching mechanism to hold it in place. Next I brought over the side walls and set leaned them against each side of the chair. This allowed me to attach 3 color coded air hoses to each other and a wire connector. This is done to both sides the same. I then attached the side walls to the chair using a peg slot on the top and the bottom just rests on the outer frame of the base of the chair, super easy. Next I came around to the front of the chair and lifted up the seat and back padding in order to connect another wire plug. At this point I also inserted a hex bolt into each of the side walls to hold them in place. After this I laid everything back down and this completed the chair assembly process. Recap – attach wheels, connect 6 color coded hoses, connect 3 wires by their snap together connectors, attach sidewalls and then plug it in. Not too bad at all.

   The corded remote has a hardened plastic shrink wrap covering it to help protect it during transport as it is freely bouncing around in the box during transport. I removed the plastic and powered it on. Here are each of our experiences in the chair. My wife is 5' 2" with a short torso. The upper neck/shoulder rollers are right at the back of her head, not neck at all. She has to place a small flat pillow over these to avoid pain these were causing her head. Next down her back are rollers at her lower back and then another set at her tailbone area. Theses are connected to each other and are on a hinge so the two sets can teeter totter depending on how you lay against them, i.e. more pressure against the upper rollers the bottom really digs into your tail bone area and vice versa. The bottom rollers ended up causing a lot of pain like bruising so we moved the Velcro attached head rest pad down to cover the lower back rollers. This helped tremendously. The shoulder, hip, arm, calf airbags all worked properly and yes, the calf airbags can be intense but deflate rather quickly only applying pressure for a couple of seconds at a time. The hip and shoulder bags did not do much for either of us, they inflate but don't really put much pressure on either of us like the calf and arm bags do. The heat feature was felt in the calf area but not so much in the lower back area. It works but just not as hot. All the rollers are fixed and can be turned off and on in manual mode and rotation speed can be adjusted. There are no other roller ball adjustments available for this price range of chair. When I sat in the chair, the neck rollers sat properly at the base of my neck; however, they don't 'dig' in enough for my taste. I even tried removing the headrest cushion, it helped but still not enough pressure. Everything lined up just fine otherwise but those lower tailbone rollers were way to intense. It was causing such pain that I moved the pad down to cover them and that seemed to help a little. I cannot put the chair in zero G position as the weight of my body put too much pressure on those lower rollers…ouch.

   You may have noticed I haven't mentioned the foot rollers. Well, these did not work (at first). We tried everything we could to troubleshoot this problem and then at one point they came on for about 30 seconds during a session with my wife and then they died. Everything else was working fine so we figured it couldn't be the one fuse this unit has so it must be a disconnected wire or short somewhere. I'm pretty good at tinkering so I decided to poke around a little without voiding any kind of warranty of course and I would not recommend what I am about to explain to folks to anyone. I powered up the chair without anyone on it and put it into the zero G position so I could access the under side of the front of the chair. I had it running so I could find the short. I removed the access panel from the front of the chair. There are 6 little screws and was easy to do. With this removed you can see the wires and hoses coming in from the foot rest. I identified the power wire from the footrest and found were it clipped together with the main wire from the base. It was connected already but disconnected and reconnected it to see if this changed anything, nope the rollers still didn't work. I then took the hose/wire bundle and moved it around to see if there was short and low and behold the rollers would go on and off intermittently depending on how I moved the bundle. I then followed the wires down to a small cut out in the main power unit housing where the wires came together and entered the housing. I noticed that the opening was slightly too small and one wire was pinched under the housing edge. When I tried to free this one wire the rollers would turn off and on. Found the problem. To fix this I took a pair of needle nose pliers and broke of a very small piece of plastic at that hole to make the hole big enough to un-pinch that wire. With that done, the rollers have worked flawlessly. I reattached the access panel and the chair is working perfectly. I did notify customer service about the roller issue before I figured it out and they got back to me this morning with a very nice and informative response asking me to double check the connector behind the access panel as it may have come lose during transport and if this wasn't the problem to please let them now so we could do something else to try and fix the problem.

   Bottom line, this is a great chair. The issues (other than the pinched wire) are more due to our body type and size, not the chair. We are able to adjust ours and the chairs tilt position and add pillows to make the massage experience more comfortable. This experience will help us when choosing a more expensive chair in the near future that will auto adjust to our body type. I would recommend this chair to anyone who wants to get into one of these as inexpensively as possible. If you want a chair that adjusts then I would recommend one with the rollers that slide up and down your back, not fixed rollers like this chair has. I hope this helps with your decision making!

   Super massage chair for super price

   I wanted a massage chair but was confused about all the prices I was seeing. I went for this one because the description was just as good as the super expensive ones. It came in 2 boxes. It was easy to assemble and surprisingly big and sturdy. Assembled it looked high quality, modern and sleek. It functioned so well and has so many massage options.
   It does 0 gravity which means it tilts you way back if you want. It has a partial tilt too. The material is good quality.
   I expected it to not function as well because it was way more affordable but it functions awesome! Every part of the massage is adjustable: kneeding vs knocking, the pressure of kneeding and knocking, the air pressure it squeezes you, how high or low it massages your back or neck, the length of time. It has heat too.
   It is compatible with an app but I don't use that. It has speakers you can Bluetooth connect to your phone.
   It has many auto set options such as relax, stretch, sleep, strong which make the massager work differently. The legs adjust to longer by pushing them out with your feet.

   I accidentally plugged in the air tubes backwards which made them not function correctly at first. If you don't feel air squishing your calves, shoulders and hips you might have it plugged in backwards too.

   Received defected unit.

   TL;DR: I received a defective unit, and amazon informed me that due to the sellers 'constantly changing inventory' that it was impossible to receive a replacement. I have to opt for a refund and deal with the hassle of getting this heavy paperweight out of my house.

   I got this chair in a shippement of two boxes, no big deal. I got the base first, then the side panels about two days later. It is worth noting that getting the massive base out of the box pretty much requires you to cut up the original packaging. (This can cause issues with returning items) Upon setting the chair up, it was immediately evident that there was something wrong with it. Loud clicking. Metallic scraping. The sound of plastic being scraped. Obviously broken: right out of the box. This is a huge bummer, as I have broken my back twice in the last couple of months, and I was looking forward to some comfort from the pain: no dice. I reached out to amazon support who gave me the option to either get a replacement or a refund at no cost to me. I asked for a replacement as I really wanted this chair. After a couple of minutes the representative informed me that this sellers inventory is changing so much and so often that they are not able to even see what is currently in their inventory: meaning requesting a replacement was impossible and I'd have to go the route of returning the unit and getting a refund. All in all, not worth the experience even with the good reviews.

    Works perfect but had scratches, got uncomfortable vibration

    It arrived on time but the box was beat up and the chair had scratches on the outside. The rollers, airbags etc all work perfectly but a little too harsh, even their lowest setting will hurt your back really bad. We put 2 extra flat cushions on the seat and now the rollers feel good. The side arms are not too tight, one little push they come loose popping off the airbags plugs with them. To resolve this we zip tied the airbag plugs and we haven't had this problem anymore. What's left to resolve is the uncomfortable knocking and vibration setting that automatically comes on, will give you a rude awakening from your relaxation. You just have to press the top left button when it does and the rough knocking & vibration goes away while the good kneading motions stays on.

    Chair massage feature works great but the Bluetooth doesn’t work and customer service has been no help. I would recommend spending the little extra for a company that will assist you with your expensive purchase.

    This chair really gets into your muscles and knots

    I must say that I enjoyed the different adjustable settings and all the differ egg nut points that it touches. But, because of my cancer riddled body I was sore for several days afterwards. The next time I put some padding (throw) between myself and the chair to buffer it a bit and lowered the intensity levels (good feature), and still was sore the next day. Anyway, I’ll have to return it because it’s too intense for me at this time and find another chair that has the zero gravity recline and maybe just air massage with heat.

    A very basic unit.

    The unit is a basic model that does not have an easy to use controller. The smart phone app doesn't work at all, so no bluetooth speakers, app won't even install on a new Samsung phone.
    The instructions leave a lot to be desired concerning functions and settings.

    Phenomenal Customer Service

    The chair is everything I could've wanted and more. Very easy setup. Took about 15 minutes as long as you have the area cleared. The display is easy to use. I installed the app on my phone and am able to control everything through Bluetooth if I want. When running, the chair is nearly silent. Honestly blew my mind how quiet it is. You are able to control the intensity of all the rollers and airbags. Multiple preset AI settings. Heated back pad. Can recline into zero g. But all of this pales in comparison to the customer service I received. I had a mishap, and the seat cover got ruined. I contacted customer service to see if I could buy a new one. They sent me one for free within a week of shipping it. And this was from China! I can't recommend this brand enough. Not only do they have the best chairs, but their customer service is unmatched.

    Works great for me 5'8" female. Is somewhat aggressive so if you like a light touch it's likely not for you. It could have better positioning for the neck because even with adjustments it's not right for me. The heat is Wonderful and I love the many massage options.     Christmas gift

    I bought this massage chair for my wife as a Christmas gift. It did need a little bit of assembly but if you are handy it’s pretty simple. The only thing I recommend is have a second person available to hold the side panels while you attach the control wires ( they just plug in together) before you attach the sides. My wife is very happy with it. Control’s are very easy to use for personal preferences , or if you want you can just put it on auto and let it do the work

    Meh- doesn't hit the spots I actually need

    I've had this for a little over a month now. The product arrived fine, except the box is clearly marked as to what it is; so, if it's a gift make sure the person who it's for doesn't get home first, insert ruined Christmas surprise here. It was an easy set up according to my husband. It's comfortable to sit in for our frames. I am 5'5 165lbs, husband is 6'2, 210lbs and we have a few kids that are between us in height but weigh more than him. We all have different weights, some slim (husband, so unfair), me (medium) and some, um, bulkier. We like the anti-gravity setting, we like the feet rollers, we like the air bags and the pre-programmed settings. There are 4 programed massages on my chair and I think one or 2 more you can find on the app. The programed massages are 15 minutes, but you can add time at 5 min increments. You are able to turn off the pre-programed massages and choose the area you want, ie: legs, back, neck etc. but I prefer the programs. I have a few dislikes. The 1st is the control panel, it needs a backlight. You can't see the buttons at all if it's dim or dark in the room, can be frustrating while in the middle of a massage if you have to dig around for your phone to turn the flashlight on to change a setting. 2nd dislike (most important one) is the range of the back and neck rollers or shall I say, lack of range. The back rollers only go up to the very bottom of my shoulder blades. I feel it going up my back and I'm just starting to think 'Oh there it is, just, just a bit, please just a bit higher, almost there', and sadly it just goes back down my back and I'm left so unsatisfied. The neck rollers, oh the neck rollers. They hit my occipital bone, that's it. I know they are moving, I can feel them moving; up and down inside the chair, making their little circles, but I don't feel them on my neck, not on the tops of my shoulders, not anywhere but the bony protrusion of the bottom of my skull. Here is where the description of my family sizes comes in, because I wonder just how large you have to be to feel the neck rollers. I've got inches in-between my neck and the rollers, my larger family members don't feel the neck rollers either. I'm dissatisfied with the chair because my pain is in my upper back, shoulders and neck, this chair doesn't hit any of those areas on me or my family. My husband feels like the Bluetooth is a con as well. What is the point of having Bluetooth if there aren't any speakers in the chair anyway? I enjoy the massage I do feel, but honestly, for me, it's a waste of money. I would get a lot more benefit had he put the money towards monthly massages and I wish he wouldn't have bought it. Let me end on a positive though. When sit and turn the chair on the seat gently reclines you. Your feet lift off the ground, the airbags start to hug you and you can't get out unless you turn the chair off and it maneuvers back to its original position. It "locks" you in, so you are forced to sit and relax, unless you are sitting there composing your review in your head, then it's kind of a downer.

    Super massage chair for super price

    I wanted a massage chair but was confused about all the prices I was seeing. I went for this one because the description was just as good as the super expensive ones. It came in 2 boxes. It was easy to assemble and surprisingly big and sturdy. Assembled it looked high quality, modern and sleek. It functioned so well and has so many massage options.
    It does 0 gravity which means it tilts you way back if you want. It has a partial tilt too. The material is good quality.
    I expected it to not function as well because it was way more affordable but it functions awesome! Every part of the massage is adjustable: kneeding vs knocking, the pressure of kneeding and knocking, the air pressure it squeezes you, how high or low it massages your back or neck, the length of time. It has heat too.
    It is compatible with an app but I don't use that. It has speakers you can Bluetooth connect to your phone.
    It has many auto set options such as relax, stretch, sleep, strong which make the massager work differently. The legs adjust to longer by pushing them out with your feet.

    I accidentally plugged in the air tubes backwards which made them not function correctly at first. If you don't feel air squishing your calves, shoulders and hips you might have it plugged in backwards too.

The rollers, airbags etc all work perfectly but a little too harsh, even their lowest setting will hurt your back really bad. We put 2 extra flat cushions on the seat and now the rollers feel good. The side arms are not too tight, one little push they come loose popping off the airbags plugs with them. To resolve this we zip tied the airbag plugs and we haven't had this problem anymore. What's left to resolve is the uncomfortable knocking and vibration setting that automatically comes on, will give you a rude awakening from your relaxation. You just have to press the top left button when it does and the rough knocking & vibration goes away while the good kneading motions stays on.

    TL;DR: I received a defective unit, and amazon informed me that due to the sellers 'constantly changing inventory' that it was impossible to receive a replacement. I have to opt for a refund and deal with the hassle of getting this heavy paperweight out of my house.

    I got this chair in a shippement of two boxes, no big deal. I got the base first, then the side panels about two days later. It is worth noting that getting the massive base out of the box pretty much requires you to cut up the original packaging. (This can cause issues with returning items) Upon setting the chair up, it was immediately evident that there was something wrong with it. Loud clicking. Metallic scraping. The sound of plastic being scraped. Obviously broken: right out of the box. This is a huge bummer, as I have broken my back twice in the last couple of months, and I was looking forward to some comfort from the pain: no dice. I reached out to amazon support who gave me the option to either get a replacement or a refund at no cost to me. I asked for a replacement as I really wanted this chair. After a couple of minutes the representative informed me that this sellers inventory is changing so much and so often that they are not able to even see what is currently in their inventory: meaning requesting a replacement was impossible and I'd have to go the route of returning the unit and getting a refund. All in all, not worth the experience even with the good reviews.

    The product is great and helps me a lot with after work soreness. One part of the chair was broken upon arrival but they sent out the part and it was very easy to repair and they gave us great instructions as well. Good company and good products!

    Works perfect but had scratches, got uncomfortable vibration

    It arrived on time but the box was beat up and the chair had scratches on the outside. The rollers, airbags etc all work perfectly but a little too harsh, even their lowest setting will hurt your back really bad. We put 2 extra flat cushions on the seat and now the rollers feel good. The side arms are not too tight, one little push they come loose popping off the airbags plugs with them. To resolve this we zip tied the airbag plugs and we haven't had this problem anymore. What's left to resolve is the uncomfortable knocking and vibration setting that automatically comes on, will give you a rude awakening from your relaxation. You just have to press the top left button when it does and the rough knocking & vibration goes away while the good kneading motions stays on.

    Received defected unit.

    TL;DR: I received a defective unit, and amazon informed me that due to the sellers 'constantly changing inventory' that it was impossible to receive a replacement. I have to opt for a refund and deal with the hassle of getting this heavy paperweight out of my house.

    I got this chair in a shippement of two boxes, no big deal. I got the base first, then the side panels about two days later. It is worth noting that getting the massive base out of the box pretty much requires you to cut up the original packaging. (This can cause issues with returning items) Upon setting the chair up, it was immediately evident that there was something wrong with it. Loud clicking. Metallic scraping. The sound of plastic being scraped. Obviously broken: right out of the box. This is a huge bummer, as I have broken my back twice in the last couple of months, and I was looking forward to some comfort from the pain: no dice. I reached out to amazon support who gave me the option to either get a replacement or a refund at no cost to me. I asked for a replacement as I really wanted this chair. After a couple of minutes the representative informed me that this sellers inventory is changing so much and so often that they are not able to even see what is currently in their inventory: meaning requesting a replacement was impossible and I'd have to go the route of returning the unit and getting a refund. All in all, not worth the experience even with the good reviews.

    Not worth the price

    Chair massage feature works great but the Bluetooth doesn’t work and customer service has been no help. I would recommend spending the little extra for a company that will assist you with your expensive purchase.
