   KoziSense 2025 Smart Massage Chair (verified owner) – February 17, 2025

   Fantastic

   We had work done on our house recently, so we had to rent rooms to have someplace to stay while the heaviest work was done. We moved many of our possessions into boxes and stored them in our garage for the work to be done. We were so sore when we were finished. We are seniors. When we arrived at the rental property, the landlord, we found, had two massage chairs. The operation manuals indicated that the two chairs were high end. Sore from moving so many of our heavy possessions, we sank into the comfort of the chairs and thought — wow, we should get one for our home! When we returned home and after having put up all of our things, we began a search for a massage chair. We were shocked at the prices and figured we could not afford a massage chair that had most of the massage functions that our rental property owner had.
   But just for kicks I began to look closely at Amazon’s offerings. I was pleased that there were several choices and began to shop by thinking about the functions on the Kozi Sense and the “C” chair we enjoyed at our temporary lodging. In comparing and contrasting, I found that the Kozi Sense had almost all of the massage options of the more expensive chair except for one feature. The (C) chair had a body stretch function that was a serious stretch.
   Kozi Sense has a Thai stretch function, but it is a very gentle stretch. You hardly feel it. However, I’m working on figuring out how to get more of a stretch out of it.
   Meanwhile, wow. I am enjoying the features of this chair! I can adjust the foot rollers if I want a gentler roll of the balls on my feet. I can turn off the leg air bags if I don’t want them, or set the intensity to gentle. The heating function puts me to sleep. I’m hoping it is going to work well through the winter months.
   The (c) chair designated shiatsu, Swedish, Thai, Japanese, and other types of massage. With this, they assume you don’t know what those are so they just give everything a letter and number designation. But I don’t mind that. I can mix and match the type of massages I want as I go through the panel.
   One reviewer said it was difficult to figure out how to use the chair. Not. Easy peasy. I did have to ask for the code to get the Bluetooth to work. It’s called Amy, by the way. You can listen to your tunes while you get a massage. Also nice is that the chair has a phone clip so you can attach your phone to the arm while you get your massage so you can view things on it. My husband likes that feature. He checks the baseball scores.
   Another reviewer said the panel is not lit; so if you’re in the dark or dimly lit room, you won’t be able to make out what’s on the panel. I solved this by hanging a small penlight flashlight to the back of the cell phone knob. This way, if I need to see the panel, I reach for the tiny flashlight.
   We live on a hill, so I was concerned about getting it inside our house. Though we could pack small boxes, there was no way we could get it up the steep hill of our driveway and into our living room. I paid for the white glove delivery, which meant the delivery guys brought the huge box up the driveway, up the steps and right into our living room. Such a great service! There was no way, at our age, we would have gotten it into the house considering our steep terrain. Thank you Amazon!
   The chair is working well. I’ve had it now for nearly two months. I'm a little worried about its durability. I use it nearly every day! However, what I've noticed is that customer service is excellent. I think that if anything goes wrong, these folks will stand behind their work.
   If you're thinking about this one, think no more. Its quality compares nicely to the more expensive chairs. It's a good fit for the short user like myself—I'm 5'2"; and good for the taller user like my husband who is nearly six feet. Be good to yourself—whether you work a physically intense job that causes you to get sore muscles, you want relief from pushing yourself after an intense workout, or you're a senior looking for relief from the aches and pains of just living, this is the solution.

   Amazing Chair

   I don't want to over sell but for us this has been a wonderful chair. We are both in our 70's less than 5'8” and 150 pounds or less. It fits us perfectly. It's the first thing my husband does every morning even before coffee! He often wakes up sore and achy. The chair has made a big difference for him. There are 13 main setting to choose from and many features can be customized within most of the setting. We truly have not identified a setting we don't like and therefore would never use. I can't imagine a better chair at this price point. While some settings massage deeply, being in the chair has never been painful. This was not the case with two other chair we have used on several occasions.
   It appears to us that KoziSense really pays attention to details. The chair came with a covering for the floor and a cover for the chair. The installation is remarkably easy; from removing the chair from the package, moving it to our selected location, attaching a few pieces and plugging it in.
   One of our pleasant surprises has been the responsiveness of their support team. From our beginning questions on how to operate it to needing a new manual because I lost the original, the support has been all but immediate through text and they have always gone above and beyond to help.
   One last thought, before we received the chair, I thought I wanted a new smart TV in that room. After we had used it for a few weeks, I realized I didn't want to do anything but relax in the chair. It's a great experience and for me, being on my phone or on the TV would distract me.
   My only cons were the lack of information in the manual and lack of YouTube videos. However, in the four months that we have had the chair both of these areas have improved.

   Phenomenal Product!

   I have been wanting a massage chair for years and finally decided to pull the trigger on this KoziSense model. Boy am I not disappointed. Admittedly I am not extremely knowledgeable about massage chairs, but I made sure to do as much research as I could on the web as well as comparing different models and reviews on Amazon and this model seemed to check all the boxes at a very competitive price point. I felt like I was taking a pretty big risk since it's still a lot of money but as soon as I leaned back in front of my gaming TV and sunk into a heavenly massage I knew that I had made the right decision.

   The box cam promptly as advertised and felt very premium in build quality and care. The attention to detail was definitely noticed. The chair is also very sharp looking and fits in well to a modern space like mine. It was easy to set up as it was mostly fully assembled and very intuitive to put together. I appreciate the rug that is included with the chair to protect the floor as well as the chair and I also think it looks pretty cool. The extra cushion and cover for the chair are also a nice bonus. I didn't realize how much I would appreciate the phone holder until I actually sat in the chair and realized I really didn't have a place to put my phone except for my lap. If you're watching TV or playing video games, having your phone right there in sight definitely comes in handy. Genius idea really.

   One complaint so far is that the controls are a tad confusing for me, but that could come down to me just having to familiarize myself with them more and read the manual. In due time.

   All-in-all this is a fantastic product. We'll see how the longevity is, but with how good the customer service is touted as being I'm hoping that it is not an issue. I'm satisfied with my purchase and if you are on the fence then I say go for it. Excellent product at a great price!

   Best purchase and great company!

   I cannot recommend this product or company enough! I bought this as a present, but I have been using it just as much as my boyfriend! It came fully assembled and worked right out of the box. Very detailed instructions are included, explaining all the different modes and what each control button does. It looks great and feels great. They sent an extra pad to add onto your chair if you want more padding between your back and the kneaders. At first the airbags that squeeze your legs were way too tight and hurt. I sent a message to customer service asking for help and they were fantastic! Extremely quick response, multiple options to address this (there is a setting you can press), and great follow up! I am 5’2 and I thought it would not reach my different areas correctly but the AI scan is amazing! I love that it actually massages hips and glutes. You won’t regret making this purchase with this company!

   Let me share my experience with you...

   I spent a lot of time on the internet and in local showrooms looking for a massage chair. Most of the "reports" online claiming to compare chairs are "sponsored" by manufacturers to guide you to their chair and can't be trusted. They're essentially just brochures for their product. So making a purchase this big online requires some trust which is hard to come by these days. After I decided that this chair had all the features I wanted (and several more that I wanted) I had to decide if I felt confidant in my decision. After I read a few great reviews about the customer service that Kosi-Sense has… I decided to test their customer service beforehand. I rarely write detailed reviews, but I'm doing so now to commend the company and their people on the other side of my phone. I dealt with Daniel and before our conversation was over, I told him he could tell his boss that he had just sold another chair. I felt confident and secure that they would handle anything that came their way. I wasn't wrong either. When the 3rd party shippers (Amazon's doing) had an issue, Daniel stepped up and represented his company so well I actually asked if he was the owner of the company disguised as customer service because I felt i had been treated the way I would treat a customer were I the owner. All the features are legit. Blue tooth music. Attached video remote. Voice activation. Multiple massage styles and techniques. Foot massage. Reaches the glutes. Heat. Varying times. SL track.
   Zero gravity. We thought the chair would pay for itself over 3 to 6 months. I use it 2x/day and my wife 3x. We've almost had it a month and if we were paying for a massage each time, it's already paid for itself. Love this chair. Love this company. Love the detailed attentiveness from their customer service. You can trust and feel secure buying from them, IMHO.

   Best customer service ever

   First off, the chair itself is amazing. It massages and does everything it says in the description really well, and I'm glad I purchased it.

   But on top of that, I need to praise the company's customer service team and, especially, their manage of customer service, Daniel. Here's the story: I bought this chair shortly after having neck surgery as sort of a self-care thang. It arrived via Amazon on New Year's Eve, and my wife and son had it set up by around 2 p.m. Oddly, we noticed the chair didn't recline as we expected it to and the video showed it does. I figured I'd deal with it after the new year, but I sent an email to the address on the chair's display screen and left a message on the customer service phone line. I never expected anyone to get back with me that day or the next. It was after 2 on New Year's Eve, after all. But then I got a text from the company asking me to join a chat on What's Up. That is where I met Daniel.

   Now, to set the scene a little better, I had had about seven or eight REALLY bad customer service experience in a row at that point, and I figured that's just what customer service was these days. So I might have been anticipatorily chippy with Daniel from the get-go. Yet Daniel (I didn't know his name or role at that point) calmly and politely asked me for videos of the chair not doing what I thought it should do, and he started to diagnose the problem. There was a change the product had been damaged during shipping, he said, and he started working to find me a replacement chair to send out right away. There was one in Mississippi (I'm in Missouri), and Daniel was ready to get that en route. But first, he sent — on New Year's Eve, I remind you — my videos to their engineers to see if they could pick up on anything. That's when I thanked Daniel and learned he was the manager of customer service.

   The day after New Year's, Daniel contacted me via What's App again and said he would be sending me pictures and a video that day to do some troubleshooting. A few hours later, the engineers sent him the video and he forwarded it to me. The problem, it turned out, was a lose connection on the control board. After a few little diagnostics tricks Daniel advised, I found the lose connection, plugged it in fully, and VOILA! A working, fully functional chair that is being enjoyed by my whole family.

   You don't get that type of customer service anywhere these days, and you sure as heck don't get it on New Year's Eve. So awesome was Daniel that he agreed to send me a percussion massager free of chairs for the inconvenience.

   This is an example of how to do great customer service. You have knowledgeable people who know the product, who are committed to help, who are connected with the people that make the products they are serving, and who are empowered to go above and beyond for the customer. Daniel didn't have to answer my inquiry on New Year's Eve. He didn't have to try as hard as he did to find a solution. He didn't have to offer me ANYTHING in return for the tiny inconvenience. But he did. Because he gets it.

   Would I recommend this chair? Absolutely. Is a huge part of that because I know that if you have any sort of issue, you're going to get great customer service? Absolutely. Rock on, KoziSense, and someone give Daniel a raise or trip to Vegas or Hawaii or something.

   Excellent price for what this product can do for your health

   My daughter chose to go back to her sweet home from out of state for her almost 2 weeks vacation. During her vacation, she came across one of the massage chairs selling on Amazon. They all were on sales, she said, and they came from China. She looked over them one by one, functions and price and she discussed to me, we both decided to buy the 2024 massage chair from Kozisense, one thing made it be distinguished from others is that they have a phone holder that I particularly would like to have. My daughter left my home a few days after the chair was delivered. I have not had much chance to explore it while she was here.
   After she left, I started to use it seriously. However, I am confused since there are so many options that I do not know exactly what it is actually used for and how to use it properly, like how we can make the airbags massage my shoulders and neck better, or not so tight on my legs etc …
   I called the company’s customer service to help me out. They answered promptly and showed their truly care. Kozisense really has an amazing customer service personnel, they assigned a gentleman named Danny to take care of my case. Danny made an appointment with me and called me, he is very cheerful, patient and dedicated, he went through all of the function commands on the screen, one by one until the last command, he took time to explain in details very carefully, he happily and friendly answered all of my questions I had. I’m very impressed with the chair functions, a lot of smart innovations from the Kozisense engineering to come up with this 2024 model, they became inexpensive when comparing to the price we paid on Amazon.
   My weight is 118 pounds and my height is 5’1”, since one of my family members took out one back pad, I got it back, but I installed it in a wrong order (there are 3 back pieces). After taking a picture to send to Danny, he sent to me a video to reinstall it in the correct way, I did and my shoulders are massaged better (probably because it detected my shoulders better). Also, I can reduce the intensity of the airbag pressure and I also felt better. I learned a lot from Danny (-:
   For the zero gravity, I used the zero gravity button to lower the chair down to the max that zero gravity function of this 2024 chair can do. If I want to lower it to lay more flat, I used the Chair Down button and the Leg Up button to the make the chair more level. For me, with these 3 buttons combined, it reached to the position that I am totally comfortable and satisfied.
   I am having tingling legs, before going to bed, I just need to use this massage chair for 20’ and my tingling goes away and I can have a peaceful sleep. Thank you very much to Kozisense, its developers and service teams.

    THE BEST MONEY SPENT!

    The delivery started off awesome ! The guys from Amazon helped us bring the box into the house and left. The chair is so easy to put together . It litterly took us about 20 min and it was more unpacking . I sat in the chair and I fell asleep listening to to music. You can add more time for massage as you want. The functions will get used to . I noticed my shoulders not getting very much massage so I took the neck padding off and it helped and I felt it . Im so glad I bought this ! I love it and they did a good job on packing it for shipment . Thank you so much! I’m now buying my mother n law one for her house .

    KoziSense 2025 Smart Massage Chair (verified owner) – May 4, 2025

    A truly impressive experience for a great price

    After recently moving, I began looking into massage chairs. I bought my previous chair for several times the price many years ago, but couldn't bring it with me. After doing some research, I found that there were several brands offering what seemed like premium features at comparably cheap prices. I browsed and compared countless models on Amazon, but remained skeptical. But, after leaving this one in my cart for several weeks, I still kept coming back to this one in particular.

    What eventually sold me were the decent quality of materials in the pictures, the reviews on the customer service, and the features that were packed into what seemed to me like an almost-too-good-to-be-true price tag.

    And I am more than impressed.

    * Build Quality – The build quality is fantastic. I've only owned it for a month now, so can't comment on the longevity, but the materials feel great. It's faux leather, but feels comfortable nonetheless.

    * Massage Quality – For the price, the chair absolutely impressed me. I am someone who prefers a stronger massage, so I use it without the pads, but for others there are head and back pads that can help lower the intensity. The massage hands are surprisingly powerful, particularly around the neck and shoulders. They aren't 4D hands (expected at this price point), which means that I do wish they could reach deeper around the lower back, but otherwise they are honestly exceptional. The roller track distance is great too, reaching down to my pelvic area.

    * Rollers and AirBags – Honestly exceptional. The rollers are somehow better than my previous chair. Very strong. Air bags are great. Note it is missing airbags around the pelvis / upper thighs that you may see on some higher end models, but to me this is not a dealbreaker whatsoever.

    * Heating – Back heating is great, especially in the colder months. The pads that come over the shoulders and belly heat help keep the stomach-area warm, but unfortunately don't reach the shoulders. Still, it's certainly nice to have and not a feature you see on many massage chairs.

    * Control and Massage Types – The chair comes with several built-in types, with manual mode as well. I have yet to play through all of them, but it's easy enough to use. The voice function is cool, and the hand controls are great. The control panel itself took a little while to get used to, as the button layout isn't the most straight-forward. To their credit, there are great instructions included, but there are a few nuisances with the software. For example the zero-gravity mode gets reset as you iterate through auto/manual modes, and I hope it's something the team can address in the future (or perhaps with a firmware update?). Nothing was a dealbreaker, and I am more than satisfied with the options available.

    * Sizing – I am 6', 155lbs, and the fit is fantastic. I only wish the legs would extend ever-so-slightly further, but I have disproportionally long legs, so YMMV.

    * Customer Support – You know a brand is proud of their customer service when they put their contact information right on the touchpad of the machine. They are friendly, quick, and well-informed. I had some questions about certain features that were quickly resolved, and the customer rep was attentive the entire time and made the experience seamless.

    * What the chair lacks – Aside from what was mentioned above, the chair doesn't have a "true" zero-gravity mode. It doesn't lean back far enough. It also can't give a full Thai stretching effect due to the leg extenders not being motorized. But anyone who has tested massage chairs would know these are features for chairs well above this price point. So honestly these are well-expected.

    * What makes this chair stand out – You can tell this was designed by a team that truly puts their customers first. Firstly, it's what you get for the price: It brings several features that you'll often only find in chairs substantially more expensive. And just as importantly are the little details that make this chair stand out. The flexible phone holder and little control dial, the voice function, the rollers / castors to help roll the product, the various pads to help tune an experience, and the fantastic customer service, the brand truly wanted to make a great product.

    Overall – Needless to say, I would 100% recommend this product. I think the KoziSense team should be proud the A18, as they truly have a winner. I hope they continue their customer-first mindset. I'll definitely be recommending this to my friends and family and will likely be looking to their future (higher-end) releases for an upgrade down the road. I look forward to using my chair every day, hopefully for years to come!

    An Incredible Value

    I am so happy with my purchase. The chair is comfortable and works great. It was a great value, much cheaper than a lot of other models. The assembly was easy and it's a great size. It looks good and is a quality material. I have used it for months. It's saving me monthly Chiropractic costs. I couldn't be happier.

    A truly impressive experience for a great price

    After recently moving, I began looking into massage chairs. I bought my previous chair for several times the price many years ago, but couldn't bring it with me. After doing some research, I found that there were several brands offering what seemed like premium features at comparably cheap prices. I browsed and compared countless models on Amazon, but remained skeptical. But, after leaving this one in my cart for several weeks, I still kept coming back to this one in particular.

    What eventually sold me were the decent quality of materials in the pictures, the reviews on the customer service, and the features that were packed into what seemed to me like an almost-too-good-to-be-true price tag.

    And I am more than impressed.

    * Build Quality – The build quality is fantastic. I've only owned it for a month now, so can't comment on the longevity, but the materials feel great. It's faux leather, but feels comfortable nonetheless.

    * Massage Quality – For the price, the chair absolutely impressed me. I am someone who prefers a stronger massage, so I use it without the pads, but for others there are head and back pads that can help lower the intensity. The massage hands are surprisingly powerful, particularly around the neck and shoulders. They aren't 4D hands (expected at this price point), which means that I do wish they could reach deeper around the lower back, but otherwise they are honestly exceptional. The roller track distance is great too, reaching down to my pelvic area.

    * Rollers and AirBags – Honestly exceptional. The rollers are somehow better than my previous chair. Very strong. Air bags are great. Note it is missing airbags around the pelvis / upper thighs that you may see on some higher end models, but to me this is not a dealbreaker whatsoever.

    * Heating – Back heating is great, especially in the colder months. The pads that come over the shoulders and belly heat help keep the stomach-area warm, but unfortunately don't reach the shoulders. Still, it's certainly nice to have and not a feature you see on many massage chairs.

    * Control and Massage Types – The chair comes with several built-in types, with manual mode as well. I have yet to play through all of them, but it's easy enough to use. The voice function is cool, and the hand controls are great. The control panel itself took a little while to get used to, as the button layout isn't the most straight-forward. To their credit, there are great instructions included, but there are a few nuisances with the software. For example the zero-gravity mode gets reset as you iterate through auto/manual modes, and I hope it's something the team can address in the future (or perhaps with a firmware update?). Nothing was a dealbreaker, and I am more than satisfied with the options available.

    * Sizing – I am 6', 155lbs, and the fit is fantastic. I only wish the legs would extend ever-so-slightly further, but I have disproportionally long legs, so YMMV.

    * Customer Support – You know a brand is proud of their customer service when they put their contact information right on the touchpad of the machine. They are friendly, quick, and well-informed. I had some questions about certain features that were quickly resolved, and the customer rep was attentive the entire time and made the experience seamless.

    * What the chair lacks – Aside from what was mentioned above, the chair doesn't have a "true" zero-gravity mode. It doesn't lean back far enough. It also can't give a full Thai stretching effect due to the leg extenders not being motorized. But anyone who has tested massage chairs would know these are features for chairs well above this price point. So honestly these are well-expected.

    * What makes this chair stand out – You can tell this was designed by a team that truly puts their customers first. Firstly, it's what you get for the price: It brings several features that you'll often only find in chairs substantially more expensive. And just as importantly are the little details that make this chair stand out. The flexible phone holder and little control dial, the voice function, the rollers / castors to help roll the product, the various pads to help tune an experience, and the fantastic customer service, the brand truly wanted to make a great product.

    Overall – Needless to say, I would 100% recommend this product. I think the KoziSense team should be proud the A18, as they truly have a winner. I hope they continue their customer-first mindset. I'll definitely be recommending this to my friends and family and will likely be looking to their future (higher-end) releases for an upgrade down the road. I look forward to using my chair every day, hopefully for years to come!

    Amazing Chair

    I don't want to over sell but for us this has been a wonderful chair. We are both in our 70's less than 5'8” and 150 pounds or less. It fits us perfectly. It's the first thing my husband does every morning even before coffee! He often wakes up sore and achy. The chair has made a big difference for him. There are 13 main setting to choose from and many features can be customized within most of the setting. We truly have not identified a setting we don't like and therefore would never use. I can't imagine a better chair at this price point. While some settings massage deeply, being in the chair has never been painful. This was not the case with two other chair we have used on several occasions.
    It appears to us that KoziSense really pays attention to details. The chair came with a covering for the floor and a cover for the chair. The installation is remarkably easy; from removing the chair from the package, moving it to our selected location, attaching a few pieces and plugging it in.
    One of our pleasant surprises has been the responsiveness of their support team. From our beginning questions on how to operate it to needing a new manual because I lost the original, the support has been all but immediate through text and they have always gone above and beyond to help.
    One last thought, before we received the chair, I thought I wanted a new smart TV in that room. After we had used it for a few weeks, I realized I didn't want to do anything but relax in the chair. It's a great experience and for me, being on my phone or on the TV would distract me.
    My only cons were the lack of information in the manual and lack of YouTube videos. However, in the four months that we have had the chair both of these areas have improved.

    Home run ! Excellent massage chair, well made, great value, fantastic customer service.

    I’ve had my Kozisense massage chair for a few months now, and I have to say—it’s truly excellent. The chair is packed with great features that make every session feel like a spa experience. From customizable massage modes to the zero-gravity recline and heat therapy options, it delivers a full-body relaxation that’s hard to beat. I use it after every Pickleball game!

    What impressed me just as much as the chair itself was the customer service.

    I had a small issue with the chair about two months after I received it and Customer service agent Summer and the Kozisense team sent me a new part immediately and had their technician install it under warranty the day after I received the part.
    They have been absolutely incredible—responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure I was satisfied with my purchase even following up two weeks after the repair.

    Considering the quality, performance, and support, this massage chair is a fantastic value for the price. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for both comfort and peace of mind!

    Absolutely BEST Mother's Day Gift

    I can tell you I had done alot of research and going back and forth with massage chairs. I really wanted one for mothers day ( 2025) and was so dizzy with so many brands that offered similar functions and styles. Something kept me coming back to this one. I can tell you I am OVER THE MOON and so pleased with this chair. Delivery was great. Arrived within a few days. Nothing wrong with it. We did have to take the door off the hinge to fit it into our bedroom. So you know its a good size.
    It does take up some good depth, especially if you have it in zero gravity mode. So make sure you want it in an area with some room for it.
    It was pretty much plug and play which was ao awesome.
    I've had it for a few months now and use it at LEAST 3x a week. My husband also uses it on occasion.
    The customer service has been excellent and very responsive to any questions.
    There are alot of programs you can use on the digital control panel so you can play with whatever style or firmness you prefer. It comes with a phone holder and is blue tooth so you can listen to your show with the speakers that are built in. It does have a listening capability ( almost like Alexa ) so when im not in the chair and have said a magic word, it has heard me and responded. Which can catch you off guard for sure sometimes.
    I am 5'3" and when you first get in the chair it scans you. I have been in other chairs and it has felt that I am too " small " for the massager to hit all the proper areas. This is perfect for me. My husband is 5'9" and it can be cozy for him. I am not certain that anyone larger than him width or height wise ( over 6 ft ) would fit this as well. But then again, neither of us are so I could be wrong.
    It still works very well and I am absolutely pleased with this chair. I could go on and on about the features like the option of how hard you like the massage, to the firmness of the inflatable arms to the heating capability and the accessibility of the controls at your fingertips.
    The only thing I have found recently is that the Bluetooth name " Amy" isn't connected anymore and having a tough time connecting it again but im sure ill figure that out.

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Conquers pain and stress!!!

    The media could not be loaded. I bought this chair to help with herniated disc pain in my lower back and neck, and it has exceeded my expectations!!!

    It has provided pain relief and relaxation with its numerous different massage modes. The heating feature is outstanding, and melts away stress.
    The chair's mechanism is quiet and smooth, allowing for me to focus on its benefits, and its operation couldn't be easier with its option of either using the simple touchscreen, or by voice control…just tell it what massage you want and it does it!

    The fit and finish of the chair is great, with quality materials and excellent build quality. Setup was a breeze, consisting of removing its box, folding down the leg/feet extension, attaching the touchscreen and plugging it in.

    What truly sets Kozisense apart though is their customer service!!! I've been blown away with how responsive they've been when I needed assistance and had questions. They were very helpful and got back to me immediately, which is almost unheard of these days. I cannot say enough nice things about their support staff!!!

    I HIGHLY recommend Kozisense!

    Excellent price for what this product can do for your health

    My daughter chose to go back to her sweet home from out of state for her almost 2 weeks vacation. During her vacation, she came across one of the massage chairs selling on Amazon. They all were on sales, she said, and they came from China. She looked over them one by one, functions and price and she discussed to me, we both decided to buy the 2024 massage chair from Kozisense, one thing made it be distinguished from others is that they have a phone holder that I particularly would like to have. My daughter left my home a few days after the chair was delivered. I have not had much chance to explore it while she was here.
    After she left, I started to use it seriously. However, I am confused since there are so many options that I do not know exactly what it is actually used for and how to use it properly, like how we can make the airbags massage my shoulders and neck better, or not so tight on my legs etc …
    I called the company’s customer service to help me out. They answered promptly and showed their truly care. Kozisense really has an amazing customer service personnel, they assigned a gentleman named Danny to take care of my case. Danny made an appointment with me and called me, he is very cheerful, patient and dedicated, he went through all of the function commands on the screen, one by one until the last command, he took time to explain in details very carefully, he happily and friendly answered all of my questions I had. I’m very impressed with the chair functions, a lot of smart innovations from the Kozisense engineering to come up with this 2024 model, they became inexpensive when comparing to the price we paid on Amazon.
    My weight is 118 pounds and my height is 5’1”, since one of my family members took out one back pad, I got it back, but I installed it in a wrong order (there are 3 back pieces). After taking a picture to send to Danny, he sent to me a video to reinstall it in the correct way, I did and my shoulders are massaged better (probably because it detected my shoulders better). Also, I can reduce the intensity of the airbag pressure and I also felt better. I learned a lot from Danny (-:
    For the zero gravity, I used the zero gravity button to lower the chair down to the max that zero gravity function of this 2024 chair can do. If I want to lower it to lay more flat, I used the Chair Down button and the Leg Up button to the make the chair more level. For me, with these 3 buttons combined, it reached to the position that I am totally comfortable and satisfied.
    I am having tingling legs, before going to bed, I just need to use this massage chair for 20’ and my tingling goes away and I can have a peaceful sleep. Thank you very much to Kozisense, its developers and service teams.

    A very good choice for any one with a small spave an in a budget

    I was skeptical in the beginning with my husband choice. But I fell in love since I opened the package. The design is beautiful, like a chair from the future 🚀☺
    The material it was built is good, has a warm feature that I turn on and off as I needed and you can put some covers to give you a warm sensation as well👍.

    When you are seated and when you stepped out of the chair you feel secure because it's sturdy and it's comfortable because it feel soft when you are receiving the massage. I love the zero gravity feature that you can choose in some options, it make you feel so 😌 relaxed.

    I would like to have an extra intensity for the foot rollers, but my husband feel pleased and happy with the roller's setting. It is a matter of likes..

    I love the combination of massage in the sleep and the upper back massages. I even fell asleep and snore😅.

    Because I have short legs and arms I don't reach to the part to play with your phone while sitting( but I don't need it, because I want to close my eyes and feel the massage) and also I don't reach the foot rollers very well and that's why the feature of putting legs up or down it's very useful for me🙏. But this is something with my anatomy and nothing to do with the chair, as my husband fit and feel all features very well.

    The first day we had a issue with the foot part, my husband got hysterical and I dialed the number they show in the digital screen… an agent respond that a representative will call me back within 24h maximum.

    But 10 minutes later I was receiving a call from "Summer"

    Let me be honest, this is the customer service representative that you would love to have helping you in any phone call from any company that you may need be helped. Professional, patient, educated, knowledgeable and easy guidance, fast and correct answers to your questions about everything from features of the chair ..up to the way of how to get the issue solved….let me tell you… This experience was beyond my expectations. This is the customer service that America is proud to always have. This the customer service representative that any educated and reasonable customer would love to deal with. Because there are customers and Customers….some of us (customers) that do not respect them or make their job easy…. To be honest…

    So far we are more than happy with the choice we did.( it looks beautiful in our room and fit perfectly in the small space we had available..it was made for us😅 . We are pleased with service that we got. And how the issue was solved.

    I absolutely LOVE this massage chair. It literally puts me to sleep at night. Highly recommend for quality & value for the money. This is a sturdy chair that is also easy to move by one person. I like a deep tissue massage at night and light pressure in the morning and this chair serves both those needs. I also love the ability to choose between the many auto selections while still customizes and even going manual if I like. The chair remote is so easy to control with the added functionality of bluetooth, cell cradle & charger, voice control, and built in controller in the arms as well for the chair and the cell. On top of all this, the customer service is outstanding.

    Love. love. LOVE this chair.

    Omg. I am in love with this chair! I have fibromyalgia and sometime it’s hard to make it through the day without everything just hurting. This chair is comfy, and most of all, has heat that is very soothing. It has a slew of settings so you can pin point exactly where you need a massage – mid, upper, lower back, legs. All of the above. And when I use it I have it on the most gentle of massages. My husband would probably prefer the strong setting. You can go between if you prefer. My other favorite setting is the compression. You can just have it squeeze if that’s better. Squeezes upper arms, legs, and forearms too. Bottoms of your feet are covered too. For the money this chair is a bargain!
    Oh! And spend the extra $20 to have it delivered to the room of your choice. This guy is very heavy. It almost didn’t fit in the standard doorway too, so maybe measure to be sure. Assembly was a breeze once it was out of the box.

    GREAT FIND

    OK, EVERYONE NEEDS THIS MASSAGE CHAIR! So many massage options and position of chair. Love how it stretches my back out – I always get several cracks which feel sooooooo good. Not a fan of the foot massage part which is why only 4 stars. It does not feel good nor does it do the whole foot. I have a separate foot massager that works wonders on my arthritis feet.

    2 Issues but overall a great Massage!

    Overall, the chair is pretty amazing.But I am withholding one star for two different reasons. #1, this is a big item that should have been brought into the house right away and they left it in my driveway! A day early when I wasn't home to even sign for it! & box was damaged! It turns out that the integrity of the chair was still okay , but it was scuffed up along the side of my beautiful new chair right from the start. Their customer service did give me
    A little bit of a refund for the damage which luckily was just visual but it wasn't much & Not
    Pleasing for a brand new expensive chair! Overall, though I am very happy with the function, Fit and options of the experience of the massage in this chair! You definitely need to tell the chair with voice command to lessen the pressure of the airbags unless you really want a good squeeze, haha! The heat is nice, it has a great number of massage options and the zero gravity option is wonderful! The second reason for removing that 1 star:
    Giving 4 instead of a 5 star Rating is because the display for manual options doesn't seem to light up so visibility is not easily readable in the lower light preferable for a relaxing massage! I use the flashlight on my phone to check it out to change the settings. It is workable but not ideal. It's possible it's supposed to light up And mine just doesn't work so I will be contacting the company to find out that part. Otherwise for the price comparable to other massage chairs.I am very pleased with it and look forward to many years of relaxing and getting sore muscles attended to in my comfy chair! I have seen reviews that customer service is responsive and very helpful so I will update when I find out for my issue. The foot massage part is a little bit disappointing and more vibration than a squeeze but it's still okay. This chair is adjustable for both short and tall people as listed and as somebody who is only 5 foot 2, This chair fits me quite nicely but also fits my granddaughter who is tall. Over all the looks and quality are quite nice. If it hadn't been for the shipping issues and.

    GREAT MASSAGE CHAIR !!!

    I LOVE THIS MACHINE !!!
    I bought this massage chair for Mother’s day 2024. It is November 2025 I am writing this review because my leg air massage stopped working and I chatted with customer support about it. In 5 minutes they solved my problem, one of the air legs pipe got loose and showed me on the photo where to look for it I reattach it and now I am enjoying my legs being air massaged again.
    They have listed all features exactly how it is, Easy assembly, they brought it in my living room where I wanted. Whole my family is using it. It’s massaging whole body, legs and arms are being squeezed by air pockets, has heat at the back, nice cozy warm, it is not too noisy at all, it’s not heavy I can move it around myself, looks very pretty brown color, great quality leather, easy to wipe it down, it’s not moving very sturdy.
    Alice lady talking to me while I am being massaged and reminding me to get a massage once in a while, but you can turn it off if you want, easy instructions, I mostly use auto mode 20 minutes. It has a nice sturdy phone holder to watch phone or to listen relaxing music on bluetooth.
    I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS MACHINE !!
    For more than a year using it still works and looks great.
