Excellent massage chair and high qualityThe media could not be loaded. This chair is not very heavy and not large but it gives an excellent shiatsu massage. When the pillows are in place the massage is not as intense. The airbags and the seat, back and sides firmly massage the hips and waist as they fill with air in tandem and empty. The heat feels the warmest, like it's on high when used with the hip and waist setting. The full back neck waist and hip can all be massaged at the same time and it's extremely relaxing. I'm surprised at how good the small massage chair is. The assembly was easy, it's a great value for the money and the shiatsu massage rollers give a deep tissue massage. The heat level is mild, like it's on low during the shiatsu massage. Overall the massage from this chair is far better and more intense than some of the bigger chairs I've sat in. Highly recommend!

Very Surprisingly Happy!Hopefully it lasts. It’s so much better than I anticipated! The Heat works great! The butt and sides massage is awesome! I lowered the neck setting height to dig deep into my traps which has been a lifesaver. And the back is so strong that I am sore, which I really needed. And then on top of it it is small, compact, space saving, lightweight, modern looking and actually quite pretty for a massage chair.

Nice chairOk, so it's not the most comfortable chair but a perfect accent piece. Not the sturdiest but it will only be sat in when there's company. The soft moss color is beautiful. The ottoman stores right under the chair and a throw or small blanket can be stored in the ottoman so it's handy if someone gets a little chilly. Good buy.

Nice, but…Nice looking chair, although the entire length, of center is not leather, it’s fabric.
The remote control leaves much to be desired. Very inexpensive feeling. You have to be very careful putting it back in the side pocket on chair, because the pitons push so easily. Not back lit, so if the room is dimly lit, have a flashlight. No words/names on remote to make things a bit easier.
The moment the chair has finished (?), it raises your back up, drops your feet back down and makes it feel as though you’re being pushed out.
Not a big variety of settings
Bottom line…..nice looking, however when you take into account all the downfalls, really not very relaxing. 👎🏻
Additionally, the arms have next to no padding! Feels like you’re resting your arms on wood. Uncomfortable!!!

This chair is fantastic!I have continuous back and neck pains and wake up frequently during the night. I try to use a shiatsu ice, etc. All are helpful in their ways but in the middle of the night this chair is so amazing and I can generally go back to sleep. For just everyday aches and pains. It's not whiteFirst of all it is not even close to white. Second is very uncomfortable for just sitting in and you can just put your feet up without going back into a laying down position. And mine doesn't even work it's stuck in the lower back position, I can hear something when I push full body but nothing happens. I do not recommend this product.

Beware sizeThis is a massage chair with absolutely no padding for comfort. It sits very low to the ground which makes hard to get out of. I am 5’2”and the chair is small for me. My daughter at 5’6” felt uncomfortable in it. It has rollers that go down/up the spine approximately 12-16 inches, from my waist to the bottom of my shoulder blade. Additional rollers go from base of skull to top of shoulders. But there Is 6”of shoulders that is missed completely by the rollers. You can move around a bit to try to get those but not effectively. The seat, hips, and waist are pressed by air bags. I couldn’t feel any heat. It is not a comfortable soft chair. You will use the massage features for a max of 20 minutes and be done.
