    I like most things about this chair. It's great to come home and sit it in after a long day at work. My son uses it after his workouts at the gym. It does a good job on neck and shoulder. The kneading of the feet are a little rough for my liking but my kids love it! I did have to put a towel in it for the back area because it digs in pretty deep but overall it's a great chair and nice looking too!

    It’s two packages that I need to install myself ,holes in the cushion, dimly lit display ,massage is just vibration ,poor quality,I could bought a heated cushion with massage function instead .There are no certifications or warning labels.After waiting two days and no one contacting me,I had to pay for return shipping for this half-baked product .Horrible

    BUYER BEWARE UNABLE TO RETURN

    Absolutely terrible. We gave this massage chair 3 days to convince us it was worth it. We decided to return it for a few reasons. The instructions had multiple spelling errors. The buttons to change intensity and other controls do not respond well or at all in some cases. My spouse put the reason for return as no longer needed (because we weren't happy with quality). The Amazon return process and label were beverages Generated however because we didn't choose -malfunction or broken- as the reason for return, we were responsible for the shipping cost which is upwards of $300 to ship back to California. We spoke to an Amazon rep and even escalated it with no resolution other than reach out to the seller directly.
    We found the sellers info and reached out for another 5 days with no response or even ability to leave a vm. I believe this is a scam from China (likely). Do not bother. After 7 days we realized the the massage chair is actually broken‐ the part you put your legs in is supposes to adjust based on your height but instead no matter who sits in it, their knees are in their CHEST because it won't stay down. To pay over $600 for this with no response or resolution is reprehensible. No where in Amazon's website or in the product description does it state that the reason you choose will determine shipping costs or ability to return. I live less than 1 mile from an Amazon warehouse. This should be a no trainer return option. DO NOT PURCHASE!

    Very light weight, the compression on the legs are not adjustable it feels like your legs are going to bust, its very uncomfortable. Also hard to see the controlling screen have to use a flash light to see the commands. You get what you pay for when looking for a deal.
