Meets My High ExpectationsAfter using a chair at my workout place, I decided to obtain one of my own. My research led me to the Real Relax 2024 Massage Chair Favor-06. The price and functionality fit what I was looking for. Delivery was on time and set-up was a breeze. The learning curve to use the chair was equally straightforward. After a couple of days I had been able to determine my favorite presets and the best manual settings I enjoyed as well. Of particular note, I enjoy the foot massage eliment more than I anticiapted. It speaks 'relaxation'. The heat is spot on, not too much or too little. I also appriciate the phone app which I downloaded. For me it is more conducive to contol the chair. No Regret in buying - Real Relax Massage Chair Favor-06I spent about a week shopping for a massage chair, reading reviews/comments, comparing prices. I finally decided to get the Real Relax Massage Chair Favor-06. It arrived in a big box with the chair allready assembled. We set it up in our bedroom beside our bed. I was very excited to use it and I was in awe after a 15 minutes massage. I can only afford to go to a massage therapist once a month. And now, I can get a full body massage anytime at the comfort of our home. My main reason in getting a massage chair is to be able to massage my back more often to strengthen my muscles around my spine to prevent my scoliosis to worsen. Health Improving MassagerMy family and I have actively used our massage chair since purchasing. We use it several times a day for 30 or more minutes at a time. The various massage types will ensure you receive whatever relaxation or pain relief needed. I in particular like using the manual feature to direct the location and type of massage to the area(s) of need. After a hard day of digging a ditch or lifting heavy boxes, the massage chair has brought relief from pain and helps promote healing. My Father-In-law is in his 70s and he finds tremendous relaxation in his daily massages. Height accommodates a 6’ adult no problem and the chair is quite comfortable padded enough just to lounge in. It reclines almost horizontal but doesn’t need to be 4 feet from a wall to function properly. This is a nicely designed chair with a robust enough build quality to take years of hard use.

Very good machineI had been researching massage chairs for quite a while and decided to take the plunge and order one online – the Real Relax Favor-06. I'm glad I did. When it arrived it was easy to set up with virtually no assembly needed. I like the automatic routines but I mostly use the manual ones where I have more control.
I really like the right hand control button that you can reach while arms are in inside the chair. You can cycle through the automatic programs and adjust the recline. One suggestion would be to allow access to the manual routines from the same button (maybe a double click to toggle).
I did have one issue and the customer support line helped me diagnose and fix it by sending me a part so they were great.

Great, reasonably priced chairReceived in December, but wanted to use before posting a review. It works great for the price. (I refused to pay $5k+ for a chair). I'll try to be brief. It works great, especially once you learn the controls. It took SEVERAL tries to get the app downloaded & connected to the chair/speakers. The speakers are just ok. I'd almost just prefer to use a Bluetooth speaker.
This is a chair does not "poke" you in your butt which is a feature I wished to avoid.
One big miss is that the control panel is not backlit. If the room is darkened, you can't see the panel. I keep my phone or a flashlight nearby in case I want to switch to the manual mode. Also, while it has several preset modes, it needs some with areas of focus (like upper back & shoulders, neck & shoulders, lower back, etc.). Lastly, it has a quick on/off button and USB port.

Manufacturer Customer Service SUCKS 😡The media could not be loaded. Received this chair on January 20, 2024. The massage chair came fully assembled. The chair came with the normal informational paperwork in a ziplock bag, as well as with some screws, nuts and a pair of White-plastic elbows that I have no clue what to do with. (I’ll talk more about them later).
As far as the massage features: I LOVE the foot massage! The full body massage is too rough. Although after adjusting the massage strength, it greatly improved. And “full body” includes the genital area and buttock. Men, watch out for your testicles. The chair is “just okay” related to comfort. For a $1700 massage chair, this chair should be comfortable with or without the massage feature being used. IT IS NOT! Just sitting in it you feel the metal rods along your hips/thighs and your butt literally sinks into the seat, no butt support at all. And when is use, although you still feel the metal rods, your distracted by the massage going on in the genital area. (Men, this is where you really want to be careful about the massage strength).
I contacted Amazon customer service, who put me in contact with the manufacturer Real Relax. Very bad customer service. They communicate only by email, which just happens to be between midnight and 3am. They’d request pictures, I sent them pictures. Next they requested that I remove the motherboard and asked me for more pictures and a video, which I did. Each time I asked them about the plastic elbows and screws and nuts: where do they go? I would never get an answer related to that. In another email they wanted me to take the back off the chair and send more pictures. After emailing back and forth for nearly a week that last request to remove the back of the chair was the last straw!
I called Amazon back and updated them on the back and forth with the manufacturer. Amazon apologized and started the return process.
And by the way, I finally got the answer about the screws and plastic elbow from the manufacturer: “We don't know what screws you’re talking about”. Mind you, I sent them pictures of them, as well as asked where did they go in every email I sent them. They also informed me in one of the last emails, that the seat of the chair didn’t supposed to have support. WHAT, your butt is supposed to sink…now that was the craziest thing that I have heard.
So, even though I did my research on this chair, watched a lot of reviews, I believe this chair was either defective or wasn’t proper put together. There is no way you should pay $1700 and not be comfortable. Your butt should not be sinking into it and your outer hips and legs sitting on something hard, like metal rods.
And Real Relax is not relaxing at all!
One other thing worth mentioning is I never really figured out how to actually find a massage program I truly enjoyed. They ALL FELT THE SAME!! With the exception of the feet, I truly enjoyed the feet massage, BUT NOT FOR $1700!
Keep looking for another massage chair, Real Relax Customer Service is not worth dealing with!!

Fabric tears and is not covered by the protection plan.I really love this chair and would have given it a 5 star rating except for one thing. We are so disappointed in the faux leather that has ripped so badly. Another disappointment is we took out a protection plan but when we turned it in they denied us saying they do not do wear and tear replacement. How ridiculous! As you can see in the photo I attached it's pretty bad. What a disappointment.

Great Massage Chair for the Money...and tech support came through after lots of interactionsI've had the massage chair for almost 2 years now. It's been a delight. It's also been a great reason for friends and family to stop by our home.
However, my massage chair journey has a story behind it. After about 6 months the chair stopped working. I contacted technical support (China) and for about 3 weeks they had me try a number of tests/tips including at one point in time disassembling the chair and replacing the motor. I'm an engineer and was able to watch a video in Mandarin with useful tips on how to take apart the chair. The back and forth with technical support was tedious and language didn't help. In the end, they came through. They shipped me a new roller motor, which I installed. Unfortunately, this didn't solve the problem. Directly after this, the company ended up sending me a brand new replacement chair, which we've used extensively for the past year. It's been great with no issues whatsoever–and we use the chair for ~45 minutes pretty much every day.
Hopefully, your chair will never have any issues. If it does….and you are prepared to work with the manufacturer including stuff like disassembling the chair and sending them videos to prove what you've done, this chair is a winner

I **LOVE** THIS - But this review is about pointing out some possible issuesI LOVE THIS CHAIR. This is the first time I have bought a massage chair and I absolutely love it.
That said, I am now going to offer critiques. People spending this much money on a chair are going to want to know any downsides.
1) I saw in a Q&A about this chair that "if it rattles a bit, this is normal…". While the chair works fine right now, if this chair ever breaks, I will predict now (on day 5 since it was delivered, and I could have written this on day 1!), it will break at the curve between the lower back and the seat – and specifically while it is doing the "rapid tapping". This has a sound at this specific location of the track that is noticeably different than anywhere else.
2) This chair does not turn off easily. I had forgotten to bring my phone with me to the chair. I was mid-massage and the phone started ringing. The "off button" was non-responsive for about 30 seconds. I missed the phone call. While this was not all that serious that I missed a call, the fact that it is non-responsive to the off-button could be a serious flaw.
3) Again about the touchy nature of the screen buttons during the massage… Certain controls that DO work if you press them just right are very non-responsive unless touched JUST RIGHT. Maybe with practice, getting these controls to work on demand will be quicker and easier. But for now, this feels like the screen is poorly responsive.
4) Bluetooth… It works. But be prepared for a bit of frustration getting it to work. If the manual contains any bluetooth instructions, I didn't see it. Ultimately, my phone was able to pair with the chair IF I did the search on my phone within just a few seconds of turning the chair on. Then it worked fine.
5) USB power supply… Appears to be charging port only. I do not believe this charging port has data-transfer capability, so you have to use BT to connect. Nice to be able to charge the phone, but plugging it in does not automatically transfer the sound through the USB, nor does it cause the bluetooth to automatically connect (contrast with Android Auto, where when I plug my phone into my car, it automatically turns BT on and connects the car to the phone.
6) I tried out all 6 of the programmed massages and also tried some of the manual options. Being new at this, perhaps I overlooked how to do this, but there were certain "moves" of the machine that are present in some of the pre-programmed options that I could not figure out how to get done in the manual mode – at least for now. At some point, I will try out manual mode again and see if I can figure it out, but for now, the manual mode seems quite limited. This isn't a huge deal as the pre-programmed options are good though.
I consider the above issues I listed to be nitpicks for now and I absolutely love this purchase. I have 3 known long time problem spots on my back. Within just a few hours (using it for 15 minutes per hour for the first day), this had resolved all 3 problem areas to the point where I could hold proper posture. I reduced usage considerably after that first day to probably 2x per day and two of the 3 problem points in my back are pain free and the third is getting closer to being pain free.

Great product!Wow, I just spent five hours in this chair going through each of the 12 different modes and I am very impressed with it. I am 6’1 245 pounds and the chair fit me pretty well. There are six automatic modes and six manual modes which offer various types of massage between a roller percussion and shiatsu. In the manual modes, you’re able to stop the massager in one place, which was perfect for a few spots on my back and hip. I am very happy with the chair and if something happened to it, I would buy another one pretty quickly. The only things I would improve on it would be to make the massager go further down under your thighs, the chair does a very good job of massaging your butt and hip, but I wouldn’t mind it going further towards my knees. The other thing is, I wouldn’t mind if the airbags on my arms and calf squeezed a little bit harder, they clamp down pretty tight and I think most people would be satisfied with them, but personally, I would like them to be a little tighter if I could pick.

The chair - AMAZING! The delivery - not so muchThe chair itself is definitely worth it! It is comfortable to sit in even before the massage starts, the leg attachment adjusts pretty well to each person’s height. There are multiple modes, functions and programs, which I am still trying out but so far find them all to be relaxing. or effective in busting up any muscle tension. Some modes are a bit strong despite multiple levels, but I don’t mind that at all, and you can pick another mode.
The calf airbags and foot massager, for someone on their feet all day in an OR or office, is truly what I love the most, heavenly!!!
The heater could be a little better, it takes awhile to really warm up and it doesn’t really get truly hot. Still better than no heat (esp as we have it in our finished basement)
The delivery process was horrible!!! We ordered in November to try to beat the Christmas rush. The first delivery date we had an 8 hour window on a Saturday, they called the last hour and rescheduled without a reason. Ok…next delivery date was a Tuesday which my husband and I made arrangements to take turns being home for the window, they again called and rescheduled, this time had several excuses. Reschuled again, this time wasn’t going to be after January 1, which was unacceptable. A manager did help reschedule before Christmas, although that was after she said, “we are trying to be Santa for everyone”. Which is why we ordered over a month before. The day it was delivered, they said they would call 30 minutes before arrival, which we needed because a friend was to be there for delivery. Delivery guys called from my driveway and wanted to just leave it in the drive. I insisted they wait 5 minutes for my friend and that they put it at least in the garage. They called back again trying to leave it, but finally they did agree to wait and put it in the garage. Ugh!!!

Good zero gravity message chair at a good valueI spent weeks researching zero gravity full body massage chairs. I went to several stores to experience different models which were mostly high end expensive models. I learned that there is no end to the types, capabilities and cost variances to what is available. After three pages of notes comparing the models, their features and cost, I selected the RealRelax Favor-06. It has the features that I felt were important to me and the look that would fit in with our d'ecor along with cost being well within my budget.
The chair arrived in just a couple of days and was packaged very well. I removed the packaging in my garage. the chair fit easily through the door going into my house and with the chair rollers on the back side manuvered easily into position.
The chair seems to be solid and to me looks good. Using the full body message chair is exactly what I expected. The message rollers work just as well as any of the high-end expensive chairs that I have tried. The extra features offered by the high-end chairs were not imortant enough for me to consider spending so much more money.
When operating I am suprised at just how quiet the machine is with all the movement going on. The control pad is fairly intuitive. I do agree with others that it should be backlit as it is difficult to see the display in dim light.
To sum it up, I am very pleased with this purchase. the RealRelax Favor-06 looks good, performs well, seems solid, and does what it is supposed to do.

Almost a nice to look at as it is to sit inThis massage chair is very easy to use. It does everything one would want a massage chair to do, and does it well. It was pretty much already assembled in the box and has casters which allow it to be easily moved. Be careful opening the box with a box cutter as there is very little room between the top of the chair and the box, you could cut the top of the chair if you are not careful.
The massage strength of the chair is very strong, and the preset massages are very effective. It is a very attractive design.
The only negative thing, which is silly more than negative, is that the instructions on how to unbox the chair are in the box. So you cannot read the instructions on how to unbox until you have already done so.

So glad we made this purchase!I must say I was a little skeptical and nervous to make such a large purchase online so I did tons and tons of research and settled on this chair. We got the chair because I was having severe back pain. After using the chair, it relieved so much of the pain. I love the different modules that are offered the only thing that I wish they offered a backlight to the remote control. You have to have light in order to change the settings. other than that it is absolutely perfect!
I would encourage anyone with back pain down through your glutes to try this chair. It is definitely worth every penny. The zero gravity setting is awesome. It’s like being suspended in a huge cotton ball.
I also like the airbags that help with circulation in the arms and legs in the foot rollers are fantastic. I wish the upper roller is near the neck could be adjusted a little more or maybe they can and I just don’t know how lol.

I purchased the cover separately to keep over it so that dust doesn’t accumulate on it. I wish they offered an operations manual that I explained in detail the description various settings. A handbook via hard copy or online would be great. We are so happy with this chair. When you sit in the chair and turn it on it will "scan" your body to give you a massage specific to your body. There is a controller mounted on one of the arms so you can control all the features however there is a "Real Relax Smart App" that is so easy to use and shows you all options and settings in a user friendly format. The build of this chair screams quality. The motors feel well made and high end. When enjoying a massage the chair is very quiet. The chair does not use fixed motors but rather has a "S" track that allows the motors to move along the shape of your body. Also the ability to easily move your feet lower so your calves get positioned for maximum air bag pressure. There is heat for your lower back if desired, air bags for your shoulders, arms, calves and ankles/feet. Dual motors for the bottom of your feet and the motors on the "S Track" will move from your backside thighs all the way up to your head!
