Great valueThe media could not be loaded. The chair is well built and sturdy. The shipping was garbage, the box was so horrifically damaged but the chair was fine, thank goodness. The chair is smaller than others I've looked at, but it's the perfect size for me; I'm 5'5". I like the compact size as it fits well in my living room.
It has a lot of massage options available and the Bluetooth works well. I wish the LED screen was backlit but that is the only issue I have, and it's pretty trivial. The zero gravity works well and is super comfortable.
I'm overall very happy with my purchase.

This chair is very smallI was quite surprised to find out how small this chair is compared to my old one from the same manufacturer. The old one died after many years of good service. This one, however, is low to the floor.
When I put it into the zero gravity mode there was ZERO support for my head. My head literally hung off the back of the chair. I'm about average height for a guy, 5" 11". This would be comfortable for a short person, but not for me. I appreciate Amazon's return policy, as they made it easy for me to return it.

This is for shorter peopleI am 5'7 225lbs and I can honestly say this is one of the best purchases I have ever made. My body has been sore for over a month, and after using this a couple times in a couple days i felt like a brand new person, and my body was so much more comfortable and not aching and hurting. Best purchase ever !

OK, customer service finally got back and resolved calf/leg massage issue !!I was having an issue with no heat in the waist area, they didn’t respond! I threatened to return the machine, but then someone contacted me and said to join the two wires ( they might have gotten disconnected during the shipment). I asked another question about leg/ calf air massage ( as advertised). They finally replied to my query after a week. They said the delay was due to my mail entering their junk folder. Anyway, the leg area is so wide (non-adjustable), and tiny airbags down there, do- not do anything. It’s good for rollers only. They are sending airbag connector pieces by mail. Overall this is a real-relax 2024 machine worth its low price! I increased my rating for them after customer support (delayed though). The connector pieces were received, the issue was resolved!

HeightThis item is great if your shorter than 5'4". My husband (5'11") couldn't even fit his legs on this chair. Either his head was hanging off the back or his knees were to his face. This item is only meant for anyone under 5'4"!! Anyone taller will be very upset with this. And we did, so this is why we returned it.

Definitely worth it, not cheap at all, just good value.This chair is amazing. For the price, you get everything you'd expect and more. Things to consider:
Your height does matter, so factor that in. They have the correct measurements.
The chair is not full 100% horizontal recline, but it's so comfortable you won't care.
Definitely move forward with this if you're on the fence!!

HeightI feel like this chair is great, but it meant for anyone under 5'6". My husbands' head was either hanging off the headrest or his feet were touching the ground. But for a 5'6" women, this was perfect for me.
