This is amazing
The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my wife’s Christmas present and she just loves it. Even though our son is in the picture 😂 The delivery time was exactly what they said. The delivery man called us as soon as they got here. He helped me get it to my door. He would have helped me get it into the house but I’m cheap and didn’t pay the extra $20 lol 😂 but it was so easy to set up took like 5 minutes. Build style is pretty cool. The zero gravity is amazing and we feel the price was right. Overall this was a great buy.

I like the options (zero gravity, heat, SL neck through feet, Bluetooth music etc).I do wish I could input 60 min+ vs. doing 2, 30 min massages. 30 min is the longest massage in a single session. I’m 5’4” and sometimes I feel too cramped, like I’d like to stretch my calves but it squeezes you in, unless you’re in zero gravity mode. In zero gravity mode, it focuses on your back and arms. Good first massage chair or for someone looking to save.

This is so helpful for fibromyalgia pain. It is like getting a deep massage.i like the blue tooth feature I use it daily and even fall asleep in the chair. I like that it raises up to a reclining position. The cord does not attach very well and falls out easily. My power vacuum bumped it and I got stuck in the chair in a reclining position. I had to tape the cord I am not sure if it has a battery back up if the electricity goes off. I keep my phone at hand to call for help if this happens. The heat gets too hot on one leg. Still I really find relief from pain and relax after each use.

Save your money, time and floors
Waste of money. When spending well over $1000 on a chair , you expect some quality and it to be what is shown and described. NOT EVEN CLOSE. The pictures show a woman seated in the massage chair with ample room and plenty of chair above her head so she can lean her head back and relax. Not even close. I sat down and the top of the chair at the highest point, didnt even come up to the top of my shoulders, and I am under 5 '11". So if i tried to lean my head back , there would be nothing behind my head and I would be looking at the ceiling. Not very comfortable to have to shove a pillow between your back and chair to help support your head when the chair reclines back, your other option is to sit there straining your neck by holding it in place when the chair is reclined. The chair is pretty narrow and a very tight fit. And if you slide your arms into the arm inflation massager its impossible to use the control panel, so you have to keep one arm free. The instruction booklet is basically useless. Lastly upon being delivered and unboxed, it immediately left grease like stains on my floor, that took an hour and a half to clean up. The return process was convoluted and difficult and was told contradictory instructions on how to proceed. Lastly when the chair was picked up , more grease like stains were left on my floor, despite me trying to previously clean the wheels and bottom on the chair. The company MAZZUP that is behind the chair didnt seem to care at all when I reached out to them with my issues. Horrible experience all around.
LASTLY I DONT SEE THIS CHAIR LASTING 6 MONTHS BASED ON ITS QUALITY. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCTS, ESPECIALLY THIS CHAIR

Awesome chair
Best Christmas gift ever!! Ordered this chair for my husband’s Christmas and he was thrilled! Super easy to assemble just attach the remote bracket. Delivery was seamless. Chair has extra padding on the back which provides support and cushion when using back rollers. Heat can get a bit intense but nice to warm up legs and feet. When 1st using chair we noticed loud noises but after a few uses the noises went away. Just assumed it had to work out kinks from being shipped. Over all we give this beautiful and comfy chair 5 stars!!

I'm pleased with the chair's elegant color and spa-like ambiance. Although the leg massager didn't work initially, it started functioning a week later. The chair provides good pressure on my back, arms, and upper legs, but I wish it applied more pressure to my shoulders. Note that delivery was delayed multiple times, so don't expect it to arrive on schedule. Overall, it's an okay purchase, but I still need occasional professional massages.

Firstly, this is a very beautiful chair. The gentlemen delivering the chair were absolutely wonderful. From the beginning the chair was easy to use. I find the massage pressure to be just right for me. I especially like the hip and lower back massage. I really appreciate the foot massage, as well. I had an issue and contacted customer service. They were quickly responsive. They worked with me and a solution was reached. Relief
This chair is super comfortable and easy to assemble. The comfort level is great as we can use this chair as a regular chair since the cushioning aspect alleviates the rollers from poking you if you just want to sit and not get a massage. The price for this chair is money well spent and I believe a steal. We use the chair daily for heat and massage on sore muscles and joints. We’re so glad we bought this chair.

I am too tall
I am 6'1" and I read the specs, the reviews and even asked an Amazon rep (he said that his AI was better than the chair's website) to check and make sure that the chair would acommodate my wife (4'11") and myself. It does not. I am too tall and my wife's feet do not touch the bottom of the foot rest. I like the heat and the roller's. All in all, it is a good chair.

Rollers are painful but the chair is nice
The media could not be loaded. I just had it one day so we will see — It looks very nice and sturdy. The rollers are a bit painful even all the way turned down. I will have to see if I can get used to it.

Save your money, time and floors
Waste of money. When spending well over $1000 on a chair , you expect some quality and it to be what is shown and described. NOT EVEN CLOSE. The pictures show a woman seated in the massage chair with ample room and plenty of chair above her head so she can lean her head back and relax. Not even close. I sat down and the top of the chair at the highest point, didnt even come up to the top of my shoulders, and I am under 5 '11". So if i tried to lean my head back , there would be nothing behind my head and I would be looking at the ceiling. Not very comfortable to have to shove a pillow between your back and chair to help support your head when the chair reclines back, your other option is to sit there straining your neck by holding it in place when the chair is reclined. The chair is pretty narrow and a very tight fit. And if you slide your arms into the arm inflation massager its impossible to use the control panel, so you have to keep one arm free. The instruction booklet is basically useless. Lastly upon being delivered and unboxed, it immediately left grease like stains on my floor, that took an hour and a half to clean up. The return process was convoluted and difficult and was told contradictory instructions on how to proceed. Lastly when the chair was picked up , more grease like stains were left on my floor, despite me trying to previously clean the wheels and bottom on the chair. The company MAZZUP that is behind the chair didnt seem to care at all when I reached out to them with my issues. Horrible experience all around.
LASTLY I DONT SEE THIS CHAIR LASTING 6 MONTHS BASED ON ITS QUALITY. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCTS, ESPECIALLY THIS CHAIR

Not the most comfortable chair.
The massage chair looks amazing in person! It looks so comfortable and futuristic. But I have to give it 2 stars. You can’t fully relax on this chair. I purchased it so I can unwind after work while watching a little bit of TV, however, I found this to be pretty difficult since the head rest is so far back you have no choice but to stare at the ceiling. Also, the lower back rollers are so far out the they dig into your back. You may be thinking that’s the point… well, yes and no. When the massaging function is off, you can not sit because the positioning of the lower back rollers makes it impossible to feel comfortable since they are poking out and digging into your lower back. The massager has a small control center on top of the right arm rest… seems like a great idea! But here’s the thing, while the chair is in massage mode, there is no way you can use the control center. Your hand is literally locked inside the arms “air” massage. You can only use that BEFORE you start, not during. Other massage chairs have the control center at hands reach. But not this one. I returned the chair after a week and now I’m looking into investing a little bit more money and getting a much more comfortable chair.

Strong massage
This is so helpful for fibromyalgia pain. It is like getting a deep massage.i like the blue tooth feature I use it daily and even fall asleep in the chair. I like that it raises up to a reclining position. The cord does not attach very well and falls out easily. My power vacuum bumped it and I got stuck in the chair in a reclining position. I had to tape the cord I am not sure if it has a battery back up if the electricity goes off. I keep my phone at hand to call for help if this happens. The heat gets too hot on one leg. Still I really find relief from pain and relax after each use.

Even though this Mazzo full body massage chair was seen in many You Tube videos as a great investment and it met their needs in getting a great massage. It was the opposite for me. No matter how low of resistance I put the settings on, the roller balls for the back massage hurt my center back and my lower back. I've tried different settings without the roller balls, and they were Okay. The only problem is I brought it mainly for the full back and shoulder and neck massage and it's all very uncomfortable to me. So I will have to return the product because it does not meet my needs and the chair is painful to my back specifically while being massage. I understand it's not for every body.

The media could not be loaded. For the price and the chair options, I would recommend this product. I bought this product online without any knowledge and the chair arrived on time with no issues.
If you are taller than 6’1”, you may not fit comfortably. Over all this is a good choice for us.

This is amazing
The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my wife’s Christmas present and she just loves it. Even though our son is in the picture 😂 The delivery time was exactly what they said. The delivery man called us as soon as they got here. He helped me get it to my door. He would have helped me get it into the house but I’m cheap and didn’t pay the extra $20 lol 😂 but it was so easy to set up took like 5 minutes. Build style is pretty cool. The zero gravity is amazing and we feel the price was right. Overall this was a great buy.

Good Quality and Price
Surprised with the quality and price of this chair. It has pre-loaded massages or one you input. I like the options (zero gravity, heat, SL neck through feet, Bluetooth music etc).I do wish I could input 60 min+ vs. doing 2, 30 min massages. 30 min is the longest massage in a single session. I’m 5’4” and sometimes I feel too cramped, like I’d like to stretch my calves but it squeezes you in, unless you’re in zero gravity mode. In zero gravity mode, it focuses on your back and arms. Good first massage chair or for someone looking to save.

It’s not great for a 5’1 person… the problem I have with this massager is it doesn’t have strong pressure roller on the feet because maybe I am to short… and the second the neck roller doesn't have a setting to lower it down my neck so its massaging my back head instead… so I have to adjust myself up to reach the roller to my neck… but the rest is good.

I gave this product a 3 day extensive trial trying to find negatives after reading previous reviews. After using the chair and speaking with there customer service, in particular Mary, I can only rate this chair 5 stars a solid 10 out of 10. The chair is super comfortable, reclines are adjustable to each user's preference, the massage is great. I actually fell asleep in the chair for an hour it was so comfortable. Only thing I can see is it may feel a bit warm using the heat function, but nothing a slightly thicker shirt or thin small blanket won't fix. The quality and materials seem to be great. Mary and customer support are great. I really have only praise for this item and I highly recommend it. The company really stepped up.

I LOVE THIS CHAIR!!!!! It is very similar to the chairs at the nail salon where I get my pedicures, which is what I was going for. It has multiple settings. I can target certain areas of my body. We bought this in hopes that it would help my back – I sit in a computer chair all day and my back and neck hurt so bad at the end of the day it’s hard to sleep and get comfortable. Now I’ve been using this massage chair since April and I’m loving it. It was worth every penny. It has a seat warmer, you can relax with your music 🎵 playing which i absolutely love. My daughter’s husband works construction and will show up to sit in it for about an hour. I do love how I can change the settings to just my back or my arms, legs, butt or even upper back. This does help me out a lot. You can change how fast it massages or how slow. If you think you need it don’t hesitate you’ll be happy you got it. I just love mine. It’s worth the money!!

Update – this is not worth it be careful when you buy it! It’s not working like it should. They don’t do anything to help me either. Speakers are crackling and I can’t get it to stop. Even with it on low volume it does it!!

Now I’ve been using this massage chair since April and I’m loving it. It was worth every penny. It has a seat warmer, you can relax with your music 🎵 playing which i absolutely love. My daughter’s husband works construction and will show up to sit in it for about an hour. I do love how I can change the settings to just my back or my arms, legs, butt or even upper back. This does help me out a lot. You can change how fast it massages or how slow. If you think you need it don’t hesitate you’ll be happy you got it. I just love mine. It’s worth the money!!

Update – this is not worth it be careful when you buy it! It’s not working like it should. They don’t do anything to help me either. Speakers are crackling and I can’t get it to stop. Even with it on low volume it does it!!

This chair is a great deal!
I am very pleased with this zero-gravity chair. I suffer from back pain and sciatica, and this chair gives a marvelous massage as well as heat. I highly recommend this product.

We bought this in hopes that it would help my back – I sit in a computer chair all day and my back and neck hurt so bad at the end of the day it’s hard to sleep and get comfortable. Not the most comfortable chair.
The massage chair looks amazing in person! It looks so comfortable and futuristic. But I have to give it 2 stars. You can’t fully relax on this chair. I purchased it so I can unwind after work while watching a little bit of TV, however, I found this to be pretty difficult since the head rest is so far back you have no choice but to stare at the ceiling. Also, the lower back rollers are so far out the they dig into your back. You may be thinking that’s the point… well, yes and no. When the massaging function is off, you can not sit because the positioning of the lower back rollers makes it impossible to feel comfortable since they are poking out and digging into your lower back. The massager has a small control center on top of the right arm rest… seems like a great idea! But here’s the thing, while the chair is in massage mode, there is no way you can use the control center. Your hand is literally locked inside the arms “air” massage. You can only use that BEFORE you start, not during. Other massage chairs have the control center at hands reach. But not this one. I returned the chair after a week and now I’m looking into investing a little bit more money and getting a much more comfortable chair.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great affordable massage chair! I’ve had it for 6 months now and it is still going as it did new! I decided to splurge and treat myself for Christmas last year and I do not regret it for one second! I put on some ambiance in the background while I take as many rounds in my own chair as I’d like! It’s also really pretty and doesn’t take up too much space like I've seen others do! Very happy with this purchase!

Awesome chair and company
Why did you pick this product vs others?:
I gave this product a 3 day extensive trial trying to find negatives after reading previous reviews. After using the chair and speaking with there customer service, in particular Mary, I can only rate this chair 5 stars a solid 10 out of 10. The chair is super comfortable, reclines are adjustable to each user's preference, the massage is great. I actually fell asleep in the chair for an hour it was so comfortable. Only thing I can see is it may feel a bit warm using the heat function, but nothing a slightly thicker shirt or thin small blanket won't fix. The quality and materials seem to be great. Mary and customer support are great. I really have only praise for this item and I highly recommend it. The company really stepped up.
