The seat bottom could be a little more padded for comfort, but it isn't terrible – I'm not expecting it to be a lazy boy. It does exactly what I bought it for.

The chair isn't made for bigger/taller people, definitely bigger and I don't mean weight for example my calf muscles are big and won't fit. 🔥I went through back surgery and wanted one of these, did some research and decided to go for the cheapest one and couldn’t be happier i think it could be better but I don’t think it could get better enough to justify thousands of dollars in price difference. I bought this for a fraction of the price of any other item like this. Its not as stylish as I thought it looks like an old couch but like i said, i can’t complain it does everything right. Ive had it for two days as long as this lasts me at least 6 months i will be more than happy. Poor product qualityPoor quality. The back of massage chair stopped working after less than a month. Return was accepted by amazon and the seller, but I had to box it up and cover the shipping return costs myself for a refund. Would have been over $100. I ended up pulling the wiring apart as a cheaper alternative and found wire pins had all pulled out of the plug inside the chair. It works again now, but what a hassle.

With this massage chair I got full body massage while I lay down, relax and closing the eyes. The leather is soft and the chair is comfy, I actually did fall asleep while sitting in it. Now it is shipped in two boxes and they not coming at the same time, 2 days apart which is ok for me. The set up is very easy, there is manual book or you can watch some video online. It has many mode , and the intensity is adjustable, so I can set many combination that suite me the best at that moment. The chair is sturdy but it is not too heavy and very easy to move with the intergrated wheel. I am very happy to finally get myself a massage chair with an affordable price.

Not made in AmericaDont be fooled by the American flag, this chair is not made in the USA, when it arrived it came in two boxes that were deliverd on separate days, (They do tell you this in the add) and the boxes were beat up, putting it together was a nightmare, as parts were bent that that screws needed to go thru, and parts of the chair already had screws that came off of the chair, the instructions dont make it clear witch parts are witch ( and apparently i become a poty mouth while trying to build it) any ways i finally got it together ( over 3 hours) and did some repairs on it myself and it ended up being a nice gift for my mom, as sending it back was not an option.

Then I realized it was my fault.Just received the chair, assembled it (extremely easy even though broken Chinese English) plugged it in, and sat down expecting a full massage experience. The lower half works well, the foot rollers, calf airbags, butt airbags, and butt roller are all functioning. But unfortunately, the upper half doesn’t work at all. The neck and back rollers do not engage, and the armrest airbags don’t inflate. The heating feature in the back is also non-functional. While the Bluetooth connects, there is no sound coming from the speakers, so that part is useless so far.
I plan to contact the manufacturer or seller to see if there’s a fix or if this is just a defective unit. I’ll update the review once I get a resolution. For now, the chair delivers only a partial experience. The noise level is low, which I appreciate, but I’m holding off on judging the overall build quality until I see how this gets resolved.
EDIT. So there’s a plug that needs to be plugged in between the upper half and the lower half and a hose that’s plugged in between the upper half and the lower half. So far, so good.I have had this chair for two days. I am 75, live alone, and have low vision. It took me 6 hrs to put it together. A young able person can probably do it in an hour, especially if he/she has help. The two boxes arrived 24 hrs apart. Putting on the side panels was the most difficult part, as the holes did not line up perfectly. I will say that the assembly video was helpful. I enjoy all of the things the chair does, although it is going to take some time to get used to everything it does. I am not sure if there is a way to make it easier to get out of, maybe one of the functions will put me in a better position to exit. I especially like the back message and the calf message. One thing that they could have done better: When the chair is turned on, the screen lights up, but the touch buttons that basically surround the screen do not light up. During the day, that is not a problem, but at night, it is an issue. I am going to keep a penlight on the table next to my chair. Overall, I like it and I'm glad I bought it. Perhaps I will do another review down the road when I am used to the chair.

The chair uses air compressions on different parts and massage rollers. You can select your desired mode on the screen provided. The screen easy to use and plus points on the phone holder. The overall look is also sleek and will not be an eyesore for our living room. I also like the built in speaker, the sound quality is good and I love to play relaxing spa sounds while using it to mimic the spa vibes.
The zero gravity recline is the best for optimal relaxation. I would also note that it has rollers at the back so you can move it easily. The back is also covered to minimize wires exposure that can be an eyesore and a safety hazard.

Good but not GREATThe chair is good, but not GREAT. It's worth what they charge for it, but I wish I had paid a few hundred more and got a better one with more features. The control pad has a bunch of buttons that I FEEL does all the same thing lol. Every massage option I select feels identical. And while it provides a really good back massage, it does absolutely NOTHING for my neck and shoulders. To be fair, I'm 4 feet 9 inches so maybe I'm too short, BUT the specs said the chair was built for people 4'9 to 5'7 which was why I bought it. It has fixed rollers so I think a chair with an S track would have been better and also one with other massage options (Thai, Chinese, Shiatsu, etc.)

Easy to use. Nice way to de-stress.I have chronic health issues with a lot of joint and muscle pain. At one point I was going in once a week for a therapeutic massage. In lieu of that, I thought I would try a full-body massage chair hoping it would help. And, honestly, it’s been better than I expected.
The build feels solid and comfortable. The material is easy to wipe down, and after a few weeks, no strange noises or breakdowns.
The chair uses 10 solid rollers across the back and hip area, not those cheap ones that only vibrate. These actually move, rotate, and push into the muscles, including the shoulder/necy area. It uses little airbags to apply pressure around the shoulders, hips, and calves. The foot area has rolling nodes that dig into sore arches. Ooooh. So nice.
Before now I was using these thingies you strap onto your legs/feet for a massage, but they are a lot of trouble to put/take off. With this chair, I can hop in and turn it on.
I like the zero gravity mode a lot. When it leans back, it takes pressure off my spine. You feel the difference right away. Sometimes I have to sleep sitting up in my recliner, but I think I will try this chair because I can adjust the leaning angle some much better.
The heat fnction is nice especially in the lower back and feet—and it really helps loosen up tight spots.
The touchscreen is easy to use. You can control everything with just a few taps. No weird remote or complicated settings. It’s also got Bluetooth speakers built in. I connect my phone, play some music or nature sounds, and just relax.
I’m about 5’10” and I fit in the chair fine. The calf area adjusts to different heights. Ideally, I think the people who would benefit the most would be from 64 inches to 68, give or take 2 inches.

Some steps were skipped so you have to make some assumptions. It was relatively easy, it took us about an hour to assemble but this was our first experience with a massage chair.
