I love sitting in it while waiting TV or reading a book. the Joystick and phone holder is perfect. I can enjoy the massage while easily sliding my phone with my fingers. this leisure time every day can relax my body and mine very well.

Best massage chair ever!!!I've tried many different massage chairs and they are all nice, but this one is on a different level! You can adjust the shoulder level easily, on the touch screen so it actually works for everyone. Most massage chairs I've tried seem like they are only built for people who are much bigger than me, and they just can't get the right spots, but not this one. The airbags on this chair are also amazing, giving the perfect amount of pressure to help relax the arms and legs. The Bluetooth speaker and joystick make the whole experience more luxurious.
A couple of things to know: it comes already assembled and you can't take it apart so make sure that you have a pathway to where you want it that is big enough to accommodate it. We had a hard time getting it passed some tight corners, but it worked out. Occasionally, it will do some funky things like not returning to normal position after the massage is over, or not adjusting the shoulder height when I adjust it on the touch screen. But we are always able to fix it by turning it off and turning it back on. Ultimately, we really love this chair, it really is the best massage chair we have ever tried and is so luxurious!

Family pleaserI have had this chair since July and have loved using it. I have not written a review because I wanted to give it the test of time to see how it would hold up. I am pleased to report that it has held up and is a worthwhile purchase. I had family over visiting for the holidays and this was the most used piece of furniture in the house. It was nice to see everyone from early 20s to their late 70s using this chair. I had to give the information to some of those family members so that they could purchase one for themselves. A few of my older family members said that they were able to walk easier after using the chair. I can go on about this chair, but will just sum it up with this is a great machine that is sturdy.

Quality Massage ChairBuild quality on this chair seems very solid. Not much assembly required other than attaching the LCD screen to the arm. My daughter and I use this chair every single day. There are multiple massage options to choose from. My favorite is the Thai massage. The price point for this chair was hard to pass up. My only con would be that I wish there was a way to adjust the heat intensity function as it can get quite spicy. Overall, would recommend this chair.

Horribly PAINFUL awfulSo disappointed. I have fibromyalgia and was so hoping this would help some of my pain. HA! It’s like putting your entire body in a vice. This thing is horrible. Everything it does is extremely painful. I’ve even tried putting a thick blanket behind my back and it’s still ridiculously strong. This says you are able to adjust the intensity of the rollers, well that’s not true. You can’t do that. It just feels like a huge monster of a man is beating pool balls into my entire body. The rollers are also supposed to come down to the things; they don’t. They stop are tailbone…which if I were going to keep it that would be good because the more these pool balls touch my body, the more I want to cry. All of the preset massages are horrible, too. Not one feels good. There’s also supposed to be Thai/yoga stretch, there’s not. The leg airbags feel like they are going to literally crush my bones. I turn them off and/or turn the intensity down/off. They refuse to stay off. They turn themselves back on. I have to turn the chair off completely because they get so tight. This chair isn’t even comfortable to just sit in. I also think this was already a return because the holder for the phone and for the screen is broken. I can’t explain it but where it screws into the chair is plastic. There are 3 screws (and the 3 holes in the metal thing that is supposed to screw into this plastic piece on the chair, except there are like 9 torn up holes. Like someone already tried to screw this thing in but just screwed the screws in wherever they felt like it, leaving 9 huge holes. So the 3 screws that are supposed to hold the tall phone/screen holder are all stripped. So the thing just wobbles and wobbles until it works its way out of the plastic and the entire stand/holder falls to the floor. I’m so upset that I’m going to have to figure out how to return it. This thing is a huge piece of junk! It’s shocking how bad it is. I don’t know how there are any good reviews. DONT BUT IT.

Best massage chair. EVERIf I could give this more than 5 stars, I would. I'll write a better review once I've had the chair longer than 2 days but it's above and beyond what I anticipated. So incredibly happy I chose this chair over any of the others. Such amazing features and the massage styles are soooooo perfect. Treat yourself! You deserve it!Like everyone else I always thought I needed to pay at least $10k at Costco for a decent massage chair. Little did i know Amazon literally has everything! I’m a smaller women about 5ft 115lbs it’s hard to find anything thaf fits let alone a massage chair that can match my size. I also like deep tissue as I’m a pregnant single mom with a 2 year old who works full time. My house is also really big for just us. I’m constantly running back and fourth up and down the stairs picking up my 2 year old and literally on my feet from 6am-9PM. I love massages but couldnt ever find the time to get one as I would need a babysitter to watch my 2 year old so I can leave. Than I would have to drive to the massage therapist and just thinking about all the prep to go relax is just exhausting. I was just looking for fun on Amazon for a chair. After reading all the great reviews I said why not, if I don’t like it -I can return it in 30 days. But no way, I’m keeping this for life. It’s probably the best purchase I’ve ever made for myself. I can now get a massage whenever I want any time of day while my baby plays in the same room or even naps in the room while the chair is on. It’s that quiet! The pressure is a little on the firm side which is what I’m looking for. I’m just surprised at the price point it preforms so well. I’ve sat in a $20k chair before and all it did was brush my butt up and down (not my thing). If your a tired mom looking to treat yourself. Do it, get this chair you deserve it! Also, Amazon has “delivery to your room of choice” as a delivery option, and boy have I ever been more satisfied. They brought this beauty straight to my master bedroom on the second floor of the house. The delivery guys were sweet, professional and super careful to not damage the chair or my home. The delivery was about 3days late, super bummed but so worth the wait. The chair is beautiful, looks asthetically pleasing with my room decor and a lot more expensive than it really is. My only one complaint about the chair is the voice command. The lady’s voice will randomly come on out of no where. Her and my Alexa could have a whole conversation if I didn’t stop both of them.

Definitely worth it!I’ve this chair for over a month. It’s definitely a good value. I haven’t had any issues so far. All the features work as advertised. As for the actual messages the rollers can be a little aggressive but I put a towel along the back and found a good auto setting for my taste. I can also set it to manual and just work the areas I want. The heating works well and is not overly hot for me but I like that there are manual buttons to turn it on and off. I think it’s pretty well made and looks as pictured. I would definitely recommend it over the more expensive models out there.

Great purchase!!!We’ve had this massage chair for about one and a half months now and we are very satisfied with this purchase. We initially ordered another massage chair that was more expensive, but immediately found lots of flaws with it and knew what to look for in a good chair. We sent that chair back and narrowed it down to three, but ultimately chose this one. This chair has more massage options (I believe 12), it has an LED screen which is great at night, phone charging (USB cord and magnetic), and it has voice activation, which is useful since your arms may be unable to move. These are all positives. The only downside is that the massage rollers are a little firm, but we solved that issue by putting a blanket on the chair and it makes it less intense. When the chair is complete, it takes you back down to the starting position. This is nice, but if you doze off it will wake you up. This chair has a great weight limit as well and if you’re a taller person, you can push the leg extension down to get comfortable. I’m 6’ 0” and 220 pounds. My wife is 5’ 7” and 165 pounds. The chair fits us both comfortably. I would recommend this chair. The chair is very heavy, so if you have the option to pay extra for room of choice placement, I would highly recommend. I lift very heavy weights and this was a very heavy chair.
