Very thinThe chair is very thin, it does not seem to be very good quality, but at this price point also deserved, the point is that this chair is not very well maintained, footrest parts like rust, in the massage want to relax the extension also need to step hard, I think this contradicts with the relaxation, not ideal!

I enjoy it, use it daily. It's the lower end of the High End chairs.A 4 ยฝ stars. I like it and use it daily. To me it's the low end of the High Range chairs.
Pros, it gives a very good massage w/ some high end functions, heat, squeezes.
Cons, it takes awhile to learn its quicks. Even after 3 weeks I takes me a minute or two to get the program I like. I'm hitting 5 keys, some of them 2 or 3 times and while hitting them leaning back so the initial auto sensor reads me. I assume more advanced models have a save function so you can hit a single button. Some massage programs are not well done like the Stretch.
One interesting thing I've done its pinned a king size silk pillow cover to lay across it. The slippery silkiness is nice

Overall, happy with the purchaseWe bought it for my wife a month ago. She has back and shoulder problems. The massage can be intense. She reduces the intensity with a towel or foam pad articularly for the buttocks. So far out of all the 15 programs she's found B1 suits her. She still needs to explore all the settings to find her ideal massage.
I'm not a massage person but will use it occasionally.
One thing to note, it's a bit tricky getting in and out of. We're seniors, getting out she has to be particularly careful. Because of the controls on the arm rests they don't have a clear area for her to put her hands on to push herself out. That aside she's very happy with it.

The calves are pinched painfully, while there is no feeling on the ankles. After the massage, the whole body is sore and even more tired than before. Don't buy it!
