Fantastic chair and the seller goes above and beyond!!I would like to start my review on the Easpearl 2024 model R8089 by first covering the seller. I explained to the seller that I lived on a third story apartment building and had no help available if the delivery was to be left in the driveway. The seller immediately contacted the delivery company (CEVA logistics) and set it up with the company so that they would do a threshold delivery to my door.
Without this help from the seller I would not have been able to purchase the chair so I am very grateful to the seller for going above and beyond and making it happen. As time went on through the purchase process and I had questions of the seller and they would respond to my messaging within just a few hours.
Also a special thank you to CEVA logistics for providing two of the best delivery people I've seen in a long time.
Now for the chair itself, it arrived in perfect condition and all I had to do was unbox it and connect the small monitor to the chair with three screws.
I have had several massages and I'm learning how to use a chairs functions. It's fairly easy when using the instruction manual provided. The chair seems to be very well built and will last for a long time therefore it's a great value for the money. The massages are so comfortable that I can't believe I've gone without this chair this long. It operates quietly and I've almost fallen asleep in the chair. lol

Worth every penny!!Delivery was Seamless. They called me to advise they were a few minutes out, and they brought the box all the way into the house. The chair was packed well and arrived with no damage. Unpacking took about 30 minutes. Only minimal assembly was required forcthe LCD holder. I have used all of the preset massage functions, and all work very well. My favorite is the stretch preset. The chair will pay for itself, as I won't need to pay $100 plus to go get a massage. Highly recommend!

excellent chair for mid to smaller bodies who want a more light massageThis is my third massage chair and there is a lot of like about it, especially for what I paid which was $1,800. It is very slick and well made. I would say it's definitely for medium to smaller builds – like men 6 foot tall 200 pounds or less on the big side. It does not have a lot of air bags as compared to some others. I do like that the foot rest will lock into place as opposed to ones that require force and you constantly have to strain a bit to hold it at the proper length. Otherwise it is pretty standard fair with the typical SL track and hits the upper thigh and cover the glutes with all of the standard options, knocking, kneeading, shiatsu etc… Like most chairs it does not FULLY recline to a true zero G, your head always remains a bit above your feet, which is true of most chair. There are no waist or head airbags either. But overall for $1,800 I think you'll really like this unit.

Now for the chair itself, it arrived in perfect condition and all I had to do was unbox it and connect the small monitor to the chair with three screws.
I have had several massages and I'm learning how to use a chairs functions. It's fairly easy when using the instruction manual provided. The chair seems to be very well built and will last for a long time therefore it's a great value for the money. The massages are so comfortable that I can't believe I've gone without this chair this long. It operates quietly and I've almost fallen asleep in the chair. lol

Very versatile chair!!The massage chair offers excellent value for money in the mid-range category. The massage is very comfortable, and you can adjust the width and speed! After my workout when my muscles are tired, I often choose level 6 massage to relax my muscles. When resting, I adjust it to the reclining chair position to pause or use the lowest massage intensity. It really is a very versatile chair!!

Large people friendlyThis chair is great for large people, I'm 6'1” 210 lbs, at first I was worried that the chair might not accommodate my height causing me to squeeze inside the massage chair, but after using it that thought was put to rest, the chair is huge, footrest is even motorized and very long so my legs can stretch out and I have a lot of room to exert my body inside the massage chair, I'm very happy with this chair! , and five stars for this!!!

High quaity!!This chair would have to be one of the best I've seen at a moderate price, before this I had one for around $1300 that failed after a couple years, so I replaced it with this one. For a difference of just over $200, the massage track is a little longer while the massage is a little deeper – a very noticeable difference in experience, followed by the heat and airbags, which are faster and the airbags massage more frequently and more tightly. The last thing I would like to mention is the quality, the chair is heavier and the leather feels better to the touch, the pillows are thicker and I would say this is a true experience! Totally different!

Easy to assemblyThe chair is great, delivery was complete and smooth, the massage chair only needed to be assembled with an lcd screen once it arrived, very easy. Then it was time to start the experience, the chair is a high end model, it is different from other chairs in terms of having a very smart foot pedal and a more sophisticated massage movement, a very big improvement in my deep massage experience. Nice chair!
