I fell asleep in 8 minutes. Great chair!The media could not be loaded. The chair arrived in two boxes, on two separate days, which I found odd. Either way, it arrived a few days early.
The larger of the two boxes will need two men, or one strong very man with a dolly, to move.
The assembly took me about an hour. There are 6 air pump tubes to connect and 3 or 4 other wires to connect. Pretty easy. I had a little bit of trouble aligning the last screw that attaches one of the arms. I finally, after quite a bit of finagling (and some cursing) got it to cooperate. The assembly manual (which is quite minimal) was clearly written by someone who speaks English as a secondary language. It was rife with misspellings and syntax issues. But it was still somewhat helpful and clear.
Now the chair. It's great. The zero gravity feature is incredible. I fell asleep in eight minutes.
This chair massages and squeezes every inch of you and it does it well. The massage intensifies as you move the chair into the zero-gravity position and your body weight is on top of the massaging units.
The other thing I like about the chair is that it is rather quiet. We tested it by turning it on while watching a movie. It doesn't compete with it, nose wise.
The only unknown factor is durability.
So far, a GREAT value and product. Loving this chair so far!

My only regret is waiting so long to buy itAfter using the massage chair for a week, I have to say this chair is amazing! It is one of the best things I have ever purchased. My only regret is waiting so long to buy it. It exceeded my expectations. I have fibromyalgia and after using it for 15 minutes I feel like a new person. It’s great for relieving sore muscles and improving circulation. My favorite settings are Stretch and Sleep. I have used the Sleep setting ever night before bed and I drift off to sleep almost instantly when my head hits my pillow. My husband and son love it too and use it several times a day.

It had everything we were looking for including the foot rollers, heat, and zero gravity options. It comes with six pre-programmed settings: Relax, Sport, Neck, Waist, Stretch, and Sleep. It is the best massage chair in this price range that we could find.
Shipping was great. It arrived early, in two large boxes. Set up was fairly easy. My husband assembled it in about twenty minutes. We all love this chair and I’m starting to think one is not enough

Sleek and relatively affordable massage chairAt 1k+ this chair is an investment, we found this chair to be an affordable & sleek looking alternative to massage chairs from other brands that easily topped 5k.
Anyone familiar with how much a spa massage cost knows that this chair cost less than 12 massages.
We liked the quality of the massage and many built in options that it provides. This chair was definitely made for people that are taller than my petite frame (I use a cushion to prop me up so the rollers hit in the correct spot) Personally I love the zero-g, calf air cushions and feet rollers find them to be very relaxing features.
This chair is very easy to assemble (it comes in two separate boxes) the main chair box is quite heavy and will need two people to lift especially if you’re going up or down stairs. The side of chairs hook up using 4 color coated wires on each side makes it pretty self explanatory. Once the wires are attached you slide the seat onto hook and screw into place.
Now for the negative- the air cushions -arm shoulder and hip really don’t do much. Shorter people will need to prop themselves up and the voice command is atrocious and annoying….doesn’t work when addresses it but will randomly respond to conversations that occur in the room…we just turned the chair off so that won’t occur. The massage timer is 15 minutes and automatically shuts off you have to return to start position to start another interval. I find this to be annoying. Hope this helps.

Impressive!The assembly was relatively quick. Just one step deviated from the booklet. I could tell by the design of the product during assembly that this is a well thought out and a quality product.
For the most part, the massages were very comfortable. There is a roller in my lower back, where I had surgery many years ago, was a little uncomfortable. I am taller than my wife so upper back / neck was more intense (in a good way) for me than for my wife. Ironically, she needs the neck massage more.
On special note, there were some added bonuses that the company included after the fact which included a rebate, a hand massager to complement the chair and a cover. I was skeptical that these would come, and they DID.! I am very impressed with this company and the way they do business!
I am very pleased with our first day's experience. We were a little nervous, sight unseen, though we did do our homework reviewing comments and checking YouTube recommendations. Now, the BIG test, the next several months and years. Thank you!

Customer service was great.My chair was delivered with a frame that was damaged in transit. I immediately emailed the company, later that day I received an email back and was told they would ship another body to me, I did not have to return the chair and they said to dispose of it. I contacted them on a Wednesday and by Saturday I was enjoying a massage. I recommend RealRelax for their customer service.

After two weeks of using it at least twice daily, I can't think of anything negative to say about it, and I'm scared to start listing the good stuff, because I'll be here all day. 😊
It has been life changing for me.
The first few days I was in agony after a few minutes being massaged. I thought for sure the dang thing was hitting bone constantly. I was so sad that it hurt so bad. I was not looking forward to returning it. But I'm stubborn, so I kept trying mini massage sessions.
And then… On the third morning, I woke up and didn't limp. I can't remember not limping. It's been at least ten years. (I think I waddle more than limp. 😋) I was amazed! And insanely elated! I wasn't in pain. I looked taller. My nephew even commented that I was walking "smoothe." It's incredible.
All that from a few five to fifteen minutes sessions in a massage chair?!?? Those spots I thought were bone were actually knots? Those are what make my legs get stupid? And this chair does more for my inability to walk than all the prescription and natural pain relievers? It's a miracle!

It's too big for me, so some things are uncomfortable, and others don't work so much, but it's description says for 5'2" height and taller, so I was expecting that. I am pleasantly surprised at how much better the fit is for me than EVERY OTHER massage chair I've ever sat in, too.

Excellent Product PerformanceOk, it's been two weeks, and this chair is truly amazing considering the price.
All that I went through getting this chair now seems to have been worth it.
Very simple to operate with the remote control it comes with, and my wife and I both love the air pillow massaging for the calves, arms, hands, shoulders and butt.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good massage, with reasonable cost.
The seller and I have reached an acceptable agreement relating to my issues with this shipment, which I have explained below.
Overall, this chair is extremely well made, with excellent features for massage chairs. About ten years ago, I had purchased a much more expensive one, from NEOX (almost $5,000.00), and believe this chair is much more effective with the air bags, when it comes to getting a pretty good massage!
So far, everything is working fine, but the instructions left out connecting the wires for both sides of the chair. This was not a major issue, as they were located in the same area as the air hoses, and easy to figure out where they should be attached.
I would give it a five for overall, so far, except for the following, which relates to shipping, which took three weeks, to ultimately receive my chair.
It took five (5) separate shipments to receive, what appeared to be, an acceptable product. The first shipment never left the UPS truck as the driver advised me the carton was severely damaged and opened in several areas. Naturally, I refused this shipment.
The second shipment, was the second carton, which I would not accept without the main unit.
The third shipment never arrived, as carrier, UPS, returned it on their own; stating "refused by receiver", which was untrue, as they never arrived at my home.
The fourth shipment was the second (smaller) carton, which was left at my home announced by the carrier (UPS). This carton was crushed in several areas, but the contents seemed ok.
The fifth shipment arrived, and although the carton had signs of "rough Handling", dents in several places and two straps (which appeared during transit) were disoriented; indicating they were used to move the carton around from time to time during shipment.
I did accept this, since there appeared to be just minor damage to the edges of the carton, and I was truly hopeful everything would be ok.
It had arrived late in the evening, so I waited until morning to open and assemble the chair.
After opening the carton, I removed the "User Manual" and read through this to understand the various steps I would need to take to assemble the chair.
I removed the main unit, and after I folded the back into its locked position, I noticed two areas of the plastic were cracked. Both cracks seemed as though they would have no impact on the overall operation of the chair, and they were in the back, and would be facing the wall and not noticeable. Obviously, I was not happy!
I will contact the seller on this, and hopefully we will reached an agreeable solution to resolve this!

Very Nice Chair.I received this massage chair for a Mother's Day gift this year and overall I really like it. I received it way earlier than predicted and it was not too difficult to assemble, it came it two huge boxes one heavier than the other. Thank God I was home because, the UPS guy took it to my neighbor's door and was walking off when I told him wrong apartment. Anyway, had just a small problem when it was finally together..it wouldn't turn on so, I called the customer service # in the back of the instruction book, no one answered right away but, we did receive a phone call back within some minutes. The guy said to check the hoses and if it still doesn't turn on, take the box off the back and make sure everything is connected because, through the travel sometimes something may come loose…well that's exactly what it was the blue connector in the back of the box was not connected after that…Boom it turned on and happiness every since. : )
It looks very nice and is well quality made and sturdy. It gives a good relaxing massage…the head, leg and foot massages are my favorites. Only thing is I wish the foot massage massaged the toes but, it doesn't seem to reach that far up. Also, it doesn't seem to massage the neck but, that's okay because, that's hardly an issue for me anyway however, I wish it had a little better neck support…I'll take care of that with a neck support pillow also after reading a ton of reviews I seen where some were saying that the back massage can be a little rough especially during first few times of use. They were right because, the next day my lower back and tailbone was sore but, on the reviews it was recommended that you use a folded towel or some type of padding. Tried it and it worked out perfectly, now I can enjoy my massage experience without the slight pain of the rollers.
I love the heat function as well and the blue-tooth music quality of the chair is awesome and top notch. The music comes from within the chair and it's good quality and clarity…really loving this feature as I put mine on nature sounds and lay back in full zero gravity and relax. Family members came over yesterday for Memorial Day and they all tried out the massage chair and everyone of them loved it. They thought I was fortunate to get such a nice gift as this massage chair. After adding a folded towel for my back to the chair, a neck support pillow and just getting to know my chair overall I love it. Very nice massage chair for the money and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this massage chair. : )
